My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
My origins lie in the midwest. I grew up in the northern suburbs of Chicago. As such I speak with a slight Chicago accent, I'm a punctual person, I love deep dish pizza, and I try to be extra polite.

Currently, I am learning German, I also draw and paint in my free time, typically while binge watching netflix. My favorite hobby though is astrophotography. I think that looking into deep space is the most crazy cool thing ever.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I am unlocking the mysteries of the universe. I'm working hard to earn a PhD in physics. I am a radio astronomer who studies galaxies. My professional goal is to conduct research at a university, national lab, observatory, or museum.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
I'm really good at remembering that one time in season 1 and how it relates to this moment in season 5.

The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Black Coffee - The lifeblood of a graduate student
My Laptop - The tool through which I work and play.
My Bicycle - I really love to ride around. Sometimes for travel, sometimes for fun.
Telescopes - You haven't lived until you've seen Saturn's rings, Jupiter's moons, or a spiral galaxy for yourself.
Art Supplies - particularly charcoal, graphite and watercolor.
Golf - This isn't something I do terribly often, but I grew up with the game and somethings just stick.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
How to improve my recipe for homemade soft pretzels
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
I play frisbee every weekend. Not necessarily on Friday, but I feel like this is in the spirit of this section.

I also am a big fan of all the local breweries here in Albuquerque. So few beers and so much time. Wait a minute. Strike that. Reverse it. Thank you.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I have a small box of assorted Lego pieces that I keep at my desk.
