Food: Everything! I was a professional chef for 6 years so from the slowly roasted or braised to the quickly sauteed or flash fried, its all fantastic. Really anything, it just has to be prepared with love, spirit and fresh ingredients, but I don't dig on swine. Sous-vide is for wimps!
