My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
So it's been a while since I've been here, I've edited most of the major stuff but we'll see if there's anything I missed lol.

I'm a college student at USF studying History with the hopes of eventually teaching. Born and raised in Tampa, I'm Cuban, speak English and Spanish. I like hanging out with friends I'm a huge nerd, I play video games and read a lot, I usually come off as shy at first but once you get to know me I'm pretty fun, goofy and sarcastic. If there's anything else you want to know just ask me.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I'm thinking of becoming a high school history teacher or something similar maybe eventually I'll want to teach at a college level but we'll see. Currently I work at an after school program at an elementary school watching kids and eating ice cream, and going on field trips in the summer, its quite enjoyable and most days I look forward to going to work. Plus there are some pretty crazy stories, just remind me to tell you some. Otherwise I just hang around my house and play games with my friends. I finally passed a college math class, I'll take my Nobel prize and tenured teaching job now.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Making people laugh, failing at math, trying to get my hair to grow faster through sheer force of will, drawing silly pictures on the whiteboard at work to amuse children. My friends just recently found out how startlingly good I am at history so I guess that's a plus if you want to know about obscure facts and combat zones starting from the 1750's lol (it's a topic that comes up about as much as you would imagine in a group chat of all guys, but hey I like to think of it as a life skill). Give me a subject, a time period, and thirty minutes and I can slap together a lesson to bore you with :)
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
That I'm pretty friendly but quiet, I usually wait until I have something that I think is funny to say, I have a really dry/dark sense of humor. I'm really relaxed and not a lot of things really bother me so I try to stay grounded and keep everyone calm with some lame jokes. Right now I have longish hair, but it's at that awkward stage where its long enough to get in the way, but not long enough to do anything with, so I'm usually wearing a hat. Maybe glasses or a beard too (if I've been lazy about shaving it)
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
I watch too many movies to pick just one favorite, I watch a lot of Sci-Fi, action and comedy but as long as it can hold my interest I'll watch it. Lately I've been watching older Samurai and Western movies recently, but I'm running out so I'm open to suggestions.

My taste in music is pretty varied, but some of my favorite bands (groups?)are Wu Tang, The Sword, a lot of synth instrumentals, it's really all over the place

For TV I have trouble keeping up with shows that aren't online, but recently I've enjoyed The Strain, Rick and Morty, and Seinfeld (go ahead and judge lol) and assorted Youtube channels.

I love spanish food, especially my grandmother's cooking but I'll eat almost anything

I like to read but there aren't any books that really stand out, right now I'm getting back into comic books, The Watchmen is one of my favorite books ever, I mostly read sci-fi books, but like the trashy kind that are more action than helps pass the time. And of course lots of historical stuff for class
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
My Friends
My Laptop
My Music
Something to do
My job at the moment, the money is always nice
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Nothing in particular, I try to keep up with current events but I usually don't have anyone to really discuss them with so It's more of a hobby than anything. Other than that probably something for class or what me and my friends are going to do this weekend.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Relaxing at home, hanging out with my friends, or probably watching, reading, and otherwise looking for something to entertain me.

I've recently gotten back into tabletop games (like Dungeons and Dragons type of stuff) so If you're interested in that I can go on for days. But if not that's cool too, they aren't for everyone.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I'm actually pretty shy, and that it took me several times to pass a college math class, and that I'm using this site.
I'm pretty open with most anything and the teacher in me likes answering questions I guess, so if you really wanted to know something I would be happy to tell you.

You want to find out anything else, or want to hang out sometime. I'm looking for a relationship or friendship with someone who I can be myself with and just hang out and enjoy some quite nights at home or go to the beach with. Or if you want to discuss movies, games, intense political situations, food, anything really lol.
I'm here to meet people so don't worry about messaging me.
