I like to read, write in my journal daily, cook, stay home and watch movies of all sorts, like jazz clubs and martini bars, and I am very laid back and live a calm, peaceful lifestyle. I also like to get away to my place in sunny Sarasota,Florida when time permits. I like all music: Hip-Hop, rock, R&B, 70's, 80's, some techno, electronica, lounge, jazz and acid-jazz.
I am very passionate about giving to the homeless and the less fortunate in Atlanta and have setup a FB page for a unique homeless guy in Midtown Atlanta named Homeless Joe. If his video clips are still on Youtube you can see him, of Google his name or search for him on FB. A few local midtown businesses and I are striving to get donations to get him off of the street.
Many of them began writing me from prison after reading some of my inspirational poetry in a prison newsletter that published some of my inspirational poetry many years ago. Many of these males and females are fighting for their lives and battling for freedom and to prove to the courts that their Eighth Amendments are being violated as well as their Civil and Human Rights amongst a long list of other grave injustices that they and thousands of other inmates across the country are going through but don't have a voice on the outside to help them in their quest for freedom.
Some of these grave and sickly injustices are being held in Control Units where they are locked down for twenty-three hours a day and go out one hour for recreation in unsanitary dog cages with human feces on the ground and on the fencing; thus exposing them to tuberculosis and forcing them to take shots with needles that have been used on multiple inmates. If they deny to take the shot, they are sent to the hole also known the SHU (Segregated Housing Unit) indefinitely.
All of these infractions impede their process of being allowed into Step Down Programs that are designed to help them transition back into a general population environment at the facility. The facility's where they are presently confined intentionally withholds incoming mail and outgoing mail to cause family and loved ones to worry because they haven't received a letter in months sometimes. And the mail that is held back from the inmate is done intentionally to create anxiety on the inmate's behalf because he begins to think his family, friends and loved ones have abandoned him. All of these actions are done intentionally by the prison to breakdown, divide and conquer the family institution which is all that these guys have to keep them sane. If you Google Hoheneck Prison in your free time, some of the same practices that were being used to break down the German female prisoners back then are the same practices being utilized in the prison systems today. The referred to it back then as a term called "decomposition".
The Equal Justice Initiative 122 Commerce Street Montgomery, Alabama 36104 is a great place to reach out toIf you or anybody that you know has family, friends or loved ones in this situation. Contact The Equal Justice Initiative immediately and fight for their freedom.
I am currently at war with the Bureau of Federal Prisons in Washington,DC because some Federal Prisons are sending my letters to inmates back stamped "contraband" because of the informative material enclosed that they do NOT want inmates to be knowledgeable of when it comes to their Civil and Human Rights and their Constitutional Rights as human beings. I advise you that my letters in no way are discussing the planning of an escape, the harming of other inmates or faculty/staff members at the facility or any mention of drugs or gang activities. They are just letters informing inmates what steps to take in legal matters, appeals and violations of their rights and is in total adherence of the prison's standard operating procedures. By the summer of 2013 I hope to be going into some of these Federal Prisons and speaking to inmates about their Human & Civil Rights so fee free to ask me about my experiences when summer arrives. If you have a moment do a Google search on Barbra Lammsies Scrivner, Antonio Reeves, Israel Torres (Google: Pardon Me Mr. President), Amado Garcia, Donel Marcus Clark, David Navejar, Larry Nailor, Weldon Angelos & Rickey McCall (President Barak Obama granted them clemency on December 17th, 2014 after many long years in prison). Also, Alicia Siller, Melissa Sue Trigg, Tina Stucky Smith & her mom Minnie Thomas (Google: The Long Way Home - The Demaryius Thomas Story ESPN) & Ricky Darden to name a few because their situations are very interesting.
With Clemency by President Barack Obama and various powerful people who are pro-prison reform approaching, many federal prisoners are trying to come home if they meet the criteria of being in for at least ten years with no history of violence, accepting full responsibility for their alleged crime and constantly taking programs and classes on self-improvment. I'm helping many of them write their Clemency Petitions, Character Letters and proof reading them. This has been a great journey for me that has really taken off and I love it.
Many companies on the New York Stock Exchange are businesses that are owned and operated by CCA (Correctional Corporations of America) and are part of the Prison Industrial Complex. They manufacture a wide array of common household goods such as: microwave ovens, washers, dryers, irons and ironing boards, hardwood flooring, ceramic tiles and the list goes on. Read about Unicor online it is very interesting.
One of my latest ventures was working with nine inmates at Pelican Bay State Prison in Crescent City, California in solitary confinement indefinitely for minor infractions. They were heavily involved in Hunger Strikes that were taking place all across the state of California and the Nation in a futile attempt to have five demands met by the California Department of Corrections. You can read up on the situation on www.sfbg.com and search for Pelican Bay Hunger Strike and familiarize yourself. A news correspondent by the name of Susan Modarres in New York wants to do a segment on her television show covering the situation. I have received high praise from Mr. Michael Stainer the head of the California Department of Corrections commending me on my great work to keep prisoners in the State of California focused on getting out of prison, staying out, becoming productive, law abiding citizens and for attempting to reduce recidivism in California.
I am also working with an inmate named Valentino Dixon who has been falsely accused and had been incarcerated in New York's Attica State Prison since 1991. You can Google his name to read his story and view his beautiful artwork that he sketches from behind the wall and allow his mind to transcend the prison walls. You can see his masterpieces at http://valentinodixongolfart.com/ and feel free to share the link with others on Facebook and any other social media outlets.
Valentino is currently trying to raise $30,000.00 for investigative work to get released from prison if you want to donate. Every dollar counts and Valentino would like you to pass this information on to your associates, all of your family members, friends on Facebook and any other social media outlets and be sure to send him a friend request on Facebook @ https://www.facebook.com/freevalentinodixon/. Watch this video of world renown Golf Digest writer - Max Adler speaking with Jimmy Roberts of NBC's Golf Channel about Valentino's grave injustice: http://www.golfchannel.com/media/play-jimmy-roberts-golf-digests-max-adler/ (Copy & paste it into your web browser).
You can also copy & paste this link into your web browser so that you and your associates can watch the "In Play" video with Jimmy Roberts on You Tube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wYfE44gOCmw and judge for yourself. Valentino was also recently nominated at the 34th Annual Sports Emmys for his segment on the Golf Channel with Jimmy Roberts.
If you have any further comments/questions feel free to send an email to Golfart@hotmail.com and someone will follow up with you immediately.
Lastly, take a look at http://www.candoclemency.com/ and http://famm.org/ to get an idea of some of the grave injustices that are taking place that so many people don't even know about.
These injustices must stop!!!!!!!

"SOULS OF MY COMRADES"
ON GRAY, CONCRETE PLANTATIONS
SOULS OF MY COMRADES WAIT
FOR THE MEN WITH POWER IN WASHINGTON
TO DETERMINE THEIR FATE
MANY WILL BE CALLED
BUT VERY FEW WILL BE CHOSEN
SOME SOULS WILL BE FREED
AND SOME SOULS WILL REMAIN FROZEN
DON'T GIVE UP THE STRUGGLE
DON'T GIVE UP THE FIGHT
EXHAUST ALL EFFORTS
AND HOLD YOUR HEAD UP
BECAUSE BRIGHTER DAYS
THEY ARE IN SIGHT
I CONTACTED YOU FOR A REASON
BECAUSE I SAW YOUR SITUATION AS UNJUST
AND GETTING THE MOST OUT OF OUR TIME TOGETHER
IS A TRUE, UNPRECEDENTED MUST
I WILL LEARN FROM YOU
AND YOU WILL LEARN FROM ME
WE WILL DO THIS TIME TOGETHER
UNTIL THE DAY YOU'RE FREE
SO AS LONG AS I CAN THINK CLEARLY
AND AS LONG AS I'M ABLE TO TYPE
I'LL BE HERE FOREVER
AND ONE DAY YOU'LL ASK YOURSELF:
WHO IS THIS GUY?
WHERE DID HE COME FROM?
AND WHY WAS HE SENT TO ME?
AND THE ANSWERS TO THE QUESTION IS
EVERYTHING IS MEANT TO BE
THIS POEM WAS INSPIRED BY ALL FEDERAL DETAINEES ACROSS THE NATION AND WRITTEN BY MALIK ON THURSDAY, JULY 10TH, 2014 AT 9PM.
"Women’s shoe heel size exerts a powerful effect on men’s behavior," author Nicholas Guéguen of the Université de Bretagne-Sud in France said. By observing the behavior of 90 randomly selected male study participants between the ages of 25 and 50 in a series of experiments, Guéguen found that men are more willing to help and hit on ladies wearing heels than those in sensible shoes. Guéguen speculates that the media’s sanctification of women in stilettos has something to do with why men have started to draw the association between those sporting high shoes and a woman’s sexual intent.
With that being said: What kind of shoes do you wear?
