About me? A coworker once told me that I have an "old soul" and I
thought that was an apt description. I like whiskey and scotch,
play chess, am learning bridge, I prefer to dress up old school
style (3 piece suit vs 2 piece), I shave with a straight razor,
etc.
I'm also somewhat of a contradiction. I love to go out, but I also love staying in. I appreciate fancy things, but also like simple things. I'm equally comfortable at a dive bar or a 3 Michelin star restaurant. I think it's partly because I have such broad interests that it's been hard to find someone.
Now the bad news...I currently have a very demanding job as a VP of Sales & Marketing. It involves me traveling in between Modesto and LA during the week with the occasional international trip every couple of months. My Fridays and weekends are spent in Berkeley. I attend classes on Saturday during the day. This means I am super busy. I am going to make a career move in the Fall (if all goes according to plan) to a new job that means I do not have to travel as much. Until I change job, if you're looking for a guy who is going to be around 24/7 right now, that just isn't me. I want to be upfront about this.
That's enough for now I think. It's no fun to give it all away upfront.
