My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Hello!

How's it going over there? Glad to make your acquaintance.

I'm friendly, creative, a little bit daft sometimes. I like learning things, challenging myself and experimenting to see how things work.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Working at being me on purpose.

Job wise it's freelance design stuff. Some in London some here. Lucky enough to get to sketch fun things for money. Also doing a course on utilising spatial design in post disaster areas. Still working on building stuff up after my MA so it's lots of excitement, the odd disappointment, and taking things one day at a time, at the moment. So perhaps like always then I guess.

I love playing, seeing my friends' and other bands, dancing, mischievous intentions and actions, creating party and theatre sets, listening to people and being surprised, debating life the universe and everything and general larking about. I also meditate, exercise, and work on taking care of myself, all that jazz.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Getting stuck in.

Drawing, exploring and playing with ideas.

Making clothes, furniture, sets and wonderlands for parties or events.

Cooking and eating.

A bit of adventuring and larking about.

Gandering about through metaphysical spaces.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food

Lists like this always make me feel a bit uncomfortable, but:

Musics: Can, PJ Harvey, Sparks, Nina Simone, Sun Ra, Pulp, Stevie Wonder, Chic, The Flaming Lips, Leonard Cohen, KLF, Venetian Snares, Talking Heads, Silver Apples, David Bowie.

Books: Kurt Vonnegut, David Mitchell, Douglas Adams, Robert Anton Wilson, Gabriel Garcia Marquez.

Shows: Don't watch much regular telly although sometimes to be friendly with my flatmates. I do the laptop on demand thing because then I have to at least acknowledge that I've chosen whatever I'm watching. Had the standard Breaking Bad binge months, enjoy documentaries and a bit of Davey A, Stewart Lee, Chris Morris, QI. Love the muppets, and am a bit suspicious of those that don't.

Food is good - in general - love cooking, love eating when it's cooked well. Been on more of a veggie kick lately. Like to be aware of what I'm eating, but adaptable and adventurous. Got a food suggestion? Try me!
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Loved ones, chipping in with regards to making the world around us, odd encounters that last a minute or a lifetime, noticing the wonder, joy and weirdness in things, having a chuckle and being grateful for it...
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
The ways we construct what we experience - the frames and narratives - to make sense of it somehow. Pattern recognition. Play.

How to shift power relations in the world and how to shift how we think and operate.

People are endlessly fascinating.

Enough! Let's find somewhere to go dancing.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Out and about somewhere here or somewhere else, or in with my flat rabbits. (should possibly warn you I have two!)
