My self-summary
Who are you? What do you want? Where are you going? Where have you been? Who do you serve, and who do you trust? Who owns you? Who runs your life? Who should -- you or someone else?

Hi! My name is Mike, as it says on the upper left. Thanks for taking the time to stop by and check things out.

The basics -- I am friendly, shy at first but outgoing once I know you, good listener, sincere and honest, with a wicked sense of humor, and a very experimental nature. I love being spontaneous with the ones who can handle it.

Philosophy of life -- I'm a live-and-let-live guy. If you're not hurting anyone else with what you do, you've got every right in the world to do it.

Attitudes -- I'm protective, not possessive (well, maybe a little), towards my partners and friends. I try to be open-minded. I like it when things make sense, and try to understand what I'm missing when they don't. I prefer to deliver more than I promise. Where friends are concerned, I prefer quality over quantity: someone who I can trust implicitly as opposed to shallow chumminess.

What brings a nice girl like you to an n-dimensional space like this?

I'm posting this here looking for a lady that I can share time with. I would first like to take a moment to thank you for reading my profile. Once you get to know me, you'll find I'm an outgoing guy, who enjoys socializing with friends. I take pride in my appearance, but I don't fuss about it. I am quick to laugh, enjoy taking a joke, and even make a few at my own expense. I believe that sensitivity is key to a relationship, keeping both people connected builds the romance.

Stand beside me between the darkness and the light. Traverse the Route of Ages with me, and together we'll stare into the abyss, to find it staring back at us.

I'm not looking for a goddess or someone perfect. Just someone to have some fun with. I have a very friendly personality and would prefer the same. Someone comfortable with themselves and seeking another for fun and friendship, maybe more. A brain is a must -- idiots get boring after about a minute.

Smoking -- Mostly I'm a non-smoker, as opposed to an anti-smoker. Meaning that, while I'm not a smoker, I don't mind if you are.

Drinking -- I don't mind a drink or two, but I tend to be especially careful to not overdo it when I have to drive later.

Drugs -- I don't mind someone who smokes pot on occasion (I tried it myself -- it didn't do anything for me), but the harder stuff is a BIG no-no for me.

Turn-ONs for me -- Good conversation, kisses, hugs, cuddling on the sofa watching TV or movies, smelling your perfume, you running your fingertips up and down my back (I LOVE that!), you grabbing my head or butt while we're kissing and hugging, and later, giving oral for you.

Turn-OFFs for me -- dishonesty or games from a woman about where I stand with her, being stood up on dates, stupidity, hard drug usage.
What I’m doing with my life
Working full-time for a paycheck, making my own content for the internet and television (blogging mostly for now).

Starting out as a Linux user. I'm also learning about computer networking, repair, and upgrading.
I’m really good at
My job, playing around on the internet, being a smart-ass.

I've been told that I qualify as GGG. See here for more about that.
The first things people usually notice about me
I haven't taken a survey yet, but I've been told my eyes and my smile is the first thing that gets noticed.

The six things I could never do without
The usual stuff -- Oxygen, water, food, shelter. That supports the physical body.

Then there's the things that support the mind -- companionship, friends, the internet, music, books, movies, etc. As Descartes said, "I think, therefore I am." That's what separates us from the other species on Sol III -- people can think about thinking.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Sex (sorry about that, but I am male), dating, science-fiction, politics, other stuff.
On a typical Friday night I am
I'm free -- hit me up!
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I'm willing to take a chance and open up to someone new, but I've been hurt before so I've got my guard up at first. For people I'm interested in, I'm willing to extend my guard to cover them.

And I've really never thought of myself having a wild side until August 2006.
