I am Miki (seriously!), hungry (usually), and completely lost..

My Self-Summary

I am a self-proclaimed geek, curious human being who's mostly harmless. I enjoy creative input (books, art, music, humor, homour (humor's British successful brother), movies, the internet) and output (drawing, photography, cooking, music, humor, opinions about the input).
I have many ideas, most of which will not manifest because of laziness or lack of actual reason to do something with them.
I find sci-fi, myth and folklore interesting, as well as science, history and many random and unusual things.
Nonsense is a generally positive thing.
I like to try out new things, seeing places and learning new stuff.
Music is a central part of my life, and my eclectic collection and taste of it is a central part of my mom's bad mood.
I'm an old-skool gamer who also enjoys the indie and free gaming industry of today much more than most computer games on the market (including many ideas and some actual experiments on the subject during my high-school years). I do enjoy my Wii though.

What I’m doing with my life

* UPDATE (Jan. 12, 2009) *
I'm doing my first year of computer sciences degree at the Ben-Gurion University, which means I'm finally out of my house, living at the dorms nearby, and seeing Haifa once every two weeks or so, for the weekend.
Theoretically, that leaves me a little time for hobbies, but those started, a while ago, to come back under the title of escapism.
That results in the fact that I'm actually reading more than I used too, and that I've seriously practiced my cocoa skills after discovering I'm spending too much money on hot beverages to keep me up and running during the day.
Also, I'm still busy spending too much time on the computer, surfing the internet and listening to music. No time to compose, though. Also, there's a drawing to which I should add a leg for a few weeks now.

I’m really good at

Some of those things that'll get me nowhere, but are funny\weird.
Also, I'm not too bad at drawing, and have a knack of choosing the best things at a restaurant's menu.

The first things people usually notice about me

Probably the fact that I just did something embarrassing (e.g. colliding a tree) or that I remind them of someone else.

My favorite books, movies, music, and food

Too much, too many. Names will usually pop up during conversations though.
My taste in music is eclectic and include many extremes. Rock and metal, electronic, orchestral, soundtracks, progressive and folk music are some of the things my stereo spews out.
As for food, the general guideline of "if I didn't try it yet, I should" stands. So I'd try anything. Just ask me about that thing in a can my mother brought from china ^_^.

The six things I could never do without

* A creative input\output device (computer\paper\someone to share my ideas with)
* good conversation
* music - will always be there for my. Should my stereo be quiet, it'll still play in my head.
* carbohydrates!!!
* humor
* something to strive to

I spend a lot of time thinking about

What should I do now, to which directions should I progress, what if, and the absurdity of things.

What should I do now, why am I not doing it, what if, the absurdity of things, ideas for stuff, why am I studying computer sciences

On a typical Friday night I am

Usually out with people at a cafe\pub.

UPDATE: Chances I'll be sitting in front of my computer, with the general intention of studying.

The most private thing I’m willing to admit here

...Nah
