My Self-Summary

I just recently moved to Philadelphia to start a new job. This isn't my kind of thing, but I let me friend talk me into it, so here it goes. I'm not originally from Philly, I would love to meet people who can show me around the city. I'm always open for new experiences! I love going to concerts, and going out for coffee or a drink. I have to admit that I'm a little shy in approaching people, but after first introductions my light-hearted personality comes out.

What I’m doing with my life

I just moved into a condo in Old City, so I am currently living among boxes and trying to remember what is packed where...I guess I should have labeled the boxes!!

I work at consulting firm in University City by day and by night I am in process of writing my dissertation for my Ph.D. in Public Policy. So, I am rather busy to say the least, but I am looking for someone to explore the city with!

I’m really good at

being terrible at karaoke! My skills at trivia are much better.

My favorite books, movies, music, and food

I love to read but with trying to finish up my dissertation, I don't get to read as much as I would like. So if anybody has any suggestions for a good fun read, let me know...

My favorite shows are "The Daily Show," "It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia," and "The Office".

Movie: Good Will Hunting, Almost Famous, Thank you for Smoking, Office Space, and I have to admit that I do have a thing for stupid funny movies such as Anchorman and Zoolander.

I love all kinds of music, Pearl Jam, Tool, Radiohead, Neil Young.... I especially enjoy live music and and going to concerts.

I love all kinds of food like and will try just about anything.
However, my friends think my main dietary staple is a peanut butter or a Cliff bar.

I spend a lot of time thinking about
