Hello there!

My name is Aaron and I'm horrible at summarizing myself so until I eventually get bored enough to do so, ask me something!

I would love to say that I live a life of exciting adventure and constant social activities but that would be quite a stretch of reality. I honestly live much more of a chilled, laid back existence with a dash of excitement thrown in here and there to keep things interesting. Jump out of a plane? Check! I'm an introvert in the truest sense and I prefer the chance to stay home, hangout and watch a movie or play a few video games than going out on the town for some wild and crazy night. Though given the right circumstances I will throw my comfort zone out the window.

I do, however, have a thirst for adventure and I spend a lot of time traveling or planning for that next big trip. I happen to have a job that provides me the opportunity to see the world for free and I fully intend to use that benefit.

I also love all sorts of outdoor activities, especially hiking and camping. If there's a trail I'm the one who wants to see what's at the end or just over a hill. Exploring and experiencing new things is something I live for.

I'm quite personable =) I'm easy to get along with and easy talk to. While usually quiet, I have no problems being outgoing should the situation, or conversation need it. Once a good conversation gets going, especially about politics or religion, you'd never imagine I am a wall flower.

I'm also good at procrastinating, like how this profile has taken ages to slowly fill out. =P

Guessing though, I'd have to probably say my eyes; when you have my attention you'll know it.

I could list a gazillion movies that I love though a few of my favorites are Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, Garden State, Amelie, The Road, The Departed and 28 Days Later. I love movies but I honestly rarely watch them. I often find myself distracted by other things over movies. I really have to set down time to watch them.

Books on the other hand... I've just picked up reading again last year and my recent favorites include the Hyperion series by Dan Simmons and The Foundation series by Isaac Asimov. If it's sci-fi I will love it... I have a thing for spaceships and laser beams. I also read a lot of science and physics books for fun. Like Hawking and Kakus works for example. I'm always learning about new things and it just happens that science is my favorite subject. Sadly I'm terrible at math or else I'd work for CERN or something awesome.

As for music, I'm a huge lover of everything and anything sans Metal. Cannot stand Metal. My biggest passions are Indie, Folk and Post-Rock. Everything else tends to go through a cycle; sometimes I'll be listing to mainstream alternative rock, other times rap and country and then there will be the times that I'll be rocking some Punjabi retro music or something similarly off the wall.

Working! Though, not lately as I've managed to wrangle Fridays and Thursdays off of at my job so I've been spending the time either relaxing with friends and family, or at my apartment playing with my kitten and just chilling.
