Hello! I'm basically here just to make friends because I really don't think I could be in a relationship with anyone who I wasn't friends with first. I like movies, music, watching tv, going out to dinner, live music, and going out to bars, dancing, traveling, reading, driving around listening to music, and partying.

What I’m doing with my life

I have a BA in psychology from Marshall, which basically means that I am destined to work in retail. FML, am I right?
So while I'm still working in retail, I'm also in graduate school at Marshall majoring in mental health counseling.

I’m really good at

I think that I'm pretty good at talking to people. I can usually find something interesting in everyone. I try to be nice to everyone I meet. I suppose that I'm also good at school since I've been in school for so long, haha.

My favorite books, movies, music, and food

I like true crime books. I don't read a lot of fiction, except occasionally I'll read a historical fiction novel. I really like most of Robert Graysmith's books on the Zodiac killer, and of course I like Helter Skelter by Vincent Bugliosi. I like having convos about serial killers. It's okay if you don't, but it's better if you do.
Movies--Crash, Forrest Gump, Dazed and Confused, Monster, Home Alone, No Country for Old Men, The Dark Knight, The Exorcist. There's more, including an assortment of kids movies, that I just can't remember right now...
Music--The only artists I really listen to are Sufjan Stevens, Bright Eyes, A Fire Inside, Mindless Self Indulgence, Britney Spears, Elliott Smith, Gorillaz, and Blur. Oh and I listen to the musical genuis that is the radio.
Food--I like Italian and Mexican the best.

Hmm I'm either hanging out with my friends or relaxing at home, watching tv or a movie. I really like to go out to the bar, to the movie theatre, or out to dinner, but I also enjoy staying home sometimes.

I'm gonna try to be as honest as I can on this website becuase I know that I don't respond to every e-mail I get. I'm pretty particular about the kind of folks that I'm interested in so let me just be clear before you decide to message me--I'm not especially looking for a relationship BUT if I happen to stumble upon one that would be perfect! The type of guys that I usually go for are average to thin build, kind of tall, somewhat "alternative" (whatever that means, ha), intelligent, funny, and interesting.
