Like so many recent college graduates, I'm living out my dream of spending a couple of years in New York. Cliche? Yes - but there are just some places you have to experience in life, and NYC is one of them. I still have a lot left to figure out about this place, but at least I'm starting to feel like a New Yorker. I work in Manhattan and am at that point where I'm trying to figure out what my next move will be. When not trying to figure out these details, I'm just working on enjoying my time here.

I'm not a huge fan of these summary sections, so here are some other little details about me in no particular order nor of any particular importance;
I have rediscovered my love to read and can't stop (currently in the middle of The Shipping News and Sea of Poppies).
My morning cup of coffee is the most comforting moment in my day (although I'm not so much a fan of the coffee at work).
I love to travel and want to see more of the U.S. Next stop is Denver.
I plan to learn Spanish in the near future.
I like people who don't take life or themsleves too seriously.
Mike & Ike candies are a major weakness.
I'm a dog person (nothing against cats, exactly...).
I recently made my own "bucket list" and am starting to slowly check things off. I think I missed my chance at a Yankees/Red Sox game, but there's always next season...
