SO yeah, my profile text got old, so I figured - time for a re-write! It's always so fun to type a paragraph about yourself, right? (banging head against table)

I see a lot of profiles suffer from extreme 'genericide', so I'll try to keep from doing that (Long walks on the beach? I can dress up or down? For real?). Ok, so here it goes... I am comfortable in a fancy resturant, or a dive bar, and get along great with animals... wait... D'oh! Seriously, lets get rid of the basic 'need to know' stuff. I live alone, I am actually single (not 'internet' single), my pics are accurate, I have a good career (more on that in a minute), I drive, I don't have kids, I don't have any 'ex' drama, and I've never been in jail or anything like it. I have a sense of humor, people say I'm on the smart side (who knows, hard to judge), I'm easy going and not needy, and I'm generally happy.

Ok, thats out of the way - now for stuff more unique to me. I am very creative, and love to paint and draw if I decide to stay in. I am very into movies, and love horror/suspence movies of all kinds (but still love a great comedy or mindless action flick here and there). I am a mild 'tech geek'; I just love interesting gadgets. I am musical, and play drums with various bands here and there (usually as a substitute). In a relationship, I am loyal and very affectionate, and also very playful - I like to keep it fun and exciting (though can be serious when appropriate). I am not a 'sports nut' at all, but, I do love my Giants - thats about the only sports I watch though.

I am energetic, social, and happy.

Well, I am at heart an artist - went to art school and the whole nine, and still enjoy art - but ended up doing computers for a living to make money. I dont really care for doing computers anymore after 12 years of it, but, I'm somehow decent at it and it pays the bills.

After building that career up all the way, I decided to make a change, and I started college again (UOP). It's online, so it doesn't hurt my schedule too much but I do make the time for it. Hopefully in 4 or 5 years I will have a shiney new career.

On the side though, I'll never give up doing my art and music stuff!

Various things - mostly creative stuff. I great at dreaming way to big and thinking up all sorts of crazy ideas. I'm pretty decent at writing, I've been on a screenplay kick lately - though not sure I'll ever get around to actually filming any of them. I'm also a good cook - when cooking for others (I rarely cook just for myself). I'm also really good at avoiding drama and reading people.

My eyes and my smile - or the smoothly shaven head, which everyone seems to feel compelled to touch lol.

Favorite Author: Lately, James Patterson... yeah, I know, a bit commercial, but love Alex Cross and Womens Murder Club...Augusten Burroughs - favorite movies: Big Lebowski, Momento, LotR, and most campy horror - favorite music: newer rock, classic hard rock, some electronica, anything but twangy country. I know it's no longer cool to say 'yes, I watch TV' but guess what - I do watch some TV lol, and like some of it. If I could have any job in the world, I would be a 'Mythbuster'. Other favorite shows are 'Nightmare Kitchens', the new show 'Chuck', 'Lost', 'Heroes', and I am a long time 'Sopranos' fan. Otherwise, I am a Discovery Channel geek, I love those types of shows for the most part.

This is a dumb question, but I can make a list of things I 'like' - my cell phone, the internet, my friends, my family, a nice cold beer now and again, tech toys and gadgets, artwork, art supplies, my Zune player, and good food.

I think alot about my career choices, and practical things. When I have time, I think alot more about my interests, like, maybe the plot to a book, an idea for a painting, a script for a short film, or a new idea that could change the world. I like thinking about spiritual things, trying to decipher that 'flow' of life. I think about music alot, and things I would like to do musically. I think about wierd things, like how did '11:11' become significant in certain peoples lives, and what the hell does it mean?

On Friday and weekend nights, I tend to be out with friends. I'm not one to sit home if I don't have to, I like to get out and be social. I tend to make friends wherever I go, and will talk to just about anyone. I have my real freinds, the close ones, but also have alot of 'aquaintences' around town that I can chat with if out alone. Weekdays I tend to stay in, but if I don't have to get up early, I prefer to go out.

Hmmm, I tend not to share private things with the internet at large, hence, 'private'.

You want to know more, and want to talk. I LOVE great conversations, and love talkative people. Who knows where it will end up, but worst case, a few interesting emails.
