My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I'm a nerdy feminist, so I often wonder how women in video games deal with their back problems.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
At work I fix the broken computery things while helping people who are scared of technology feel comfortable with their system. It's a perfect combination for me as I get to solve ridiculous and complex problems while also being heavily involved with helping people.

For volunteering I am a hotline advocate for the Cleveland Rape Crisis Center. Shit's hard sometimes, but few things are quite as rewarding as when you hang up and know you've left someone in a better place than when they called you.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Giving hugs. I've been introduced to new people by friends with "this is that guy I was telling you about, you should give him a hug." That hug was given without hesitation and it was fabulous.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
As indicated above, I have pretty much zero issue with personal space most of the time. So often people will meet me and be kind of confused as to why everyone is touching me. Or picking me up and running away with me. It can be really hard to meet new people when I'm never allowed to stand in the same place for very long.

The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
1) Technology
2) My fraternity brothers (we're not the stereotypical bunch)
3) Milk
4) Cuddling
5) (parentheticals)
6) Google Voice
7) Sticking it to the man!
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
When I have my more whimsical psych hat on I think about how my general lack of emoticon use impacts others perception of my personality when communicating through text.

When I have my serious psych hat on I think about feminism, sexuality, sex positive education, how my language affects others and how people can think “it was just a joke, lighten up” is a legitimate defense when you know you've hurt someone.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Probably hanging out with my roommates. I'm hoping come warmer times I can do more camping and hiking than I got done last year.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
Cleveland is criminally underexplored by me. I quite like visiting places around town, but I'm really bad at deciding on where to go. So I often need someone to give me that kick to do a thing.

Offer a few tips to help matches win you over.
You want to invite me over to help you with computer problems. You'll invite me in, offer me a snack of some sort. We'll chat for a little bit. You'll tell me the computer is in your bedroom and we'll head that way. Getting excited, I'm pretty sure I know what's coming next. We get in the bedroom and I'm ready to get going on that hardware when suddenly I notice it and everything is clear. The blinking... It was really a clever ploy to fix your VCR clock the whole time!
