I am obsequious, purple, and clairvoyant.
My Self-Summary
Well, where shall we begin? I enjoy cooking, eating, traveling, and
most of life's pleasures. I care about world events, and try to
stay aware as a voter, a consumer, and as a human being. I have
been self-employed since I was 17, and take great pride in my work.
I'm very good with children. I love animals. I can be very romantic
if I really like you! I'm in good shape physically. I love movies,
especially good documentaries. I read some, but I should definitely
read more. Nobody can make a dish spicy enough for me ... um ... I
don't like cottage cheese. What else? Oh, and I've never been
convicted of a felony :-)
What I’m doing with my life
I'm running my business, still playing live onstage when I can fit
it in, traveling, raising my wonderful little boy, and trying to
find you ... whoever you are.
I’m really good at
... completing pre-formatted questions online. It brings out the
inner-me!
I would say that generally I am very good with kids, a very good
cook, good at poker and games in general, good at lifting heavy
objects, good at sticking up for myself and for anyone in a moment
of need, a very good listener (what did you just say?), good at
staying calm in an emergency, extremely good at drinking IPAs, good
with setting goals and sometimes even achieving them, good with my
hands, and good at listing things.
The first things people usually notice about me
I'm a pretty outgoing "A type" person I think. I imagine they
notice this right off the bat. Unless they are A+, in which case
they probably think I'm a follower.
My favorite books, movies, music, and food
BOOKS:
- Anthem, Ayn Rand
- 1984, George Orwell, AKA: Eric Blair (There's a theme here)

- Naked in Baghdad, Anne Garrels
- Cruel Shoes, Steve Martin
MOVIES:
- Dr. Strangelove, 2001, or anything directed by Stanley
Kubrick.

think: Delicatessen.
- Pretty much any Coen Bros flick ... You betcha.
- Do the Right Thing
- Many of the movie-snob classics, like NXNW, The 400 Blows, The
Bicycle Thief, Kane, The 7th Seal, Wild Strawberries, on and on and
blah blah blah :)
- Quirky and lesser-known movies like Big Night, Y tu Mamá También
(super hot), The Princess and the Warrior, Waking Ned Devine,
Secret Ballot, and some movie called Star Wars I think it was ...
not sure ... I can't remember the details, but there was a gay
robot, and a lady with buns stuck to the side of her head.
- Goodfellas ... best mob movie ever, and one of the best
food-films too.
- All the great 80s comedies. Vacation, Caddy Shack,
Airplane!
- Have I bored you yet? Wait wait ... come back ... There's
more!
MUSIC:
Subject to change without notice.
FOOD:
Northern Italian, Lebanese, Thai, Vietnamese, A Great Cheeseburger,
and almost anything else really.
The six things I could never do without
- The friends and family I love and trust
- My passion for food
- Lust, love, and passion for anything the world has to offer
- A drive to learn and expand my horizons
- A healthy skepticism, balanced with optimism, balanced on my
head.
- My little boy
- Exceeding the 6 item limit
I spend a lot of time thinking about
... planning my next big adventure.
On a typical Friday night I am
No two Friday nights are the same in my life. I may be overseas
working on a show, at home reading a book with my boy, looking for
a new favorite restaurant, or trolling for girls on the internet
... just kidding! I do that on Monday morning.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit here
I've always wanted a circular bed. Does this make me a weirdo? I
think I'll get one anyway, what the hell.
You should message me if
... you are ready for the ride of your life! Or you would just like
to have a pleasant chat.
