My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I am fluent in sarcasm. I am prone to feminist rants. I travel more than I should, but that's really where my heart is. I believe that a good hike can cure any bad day. If it's an outdoor activity, I'll try it. I love dogs, not so much cats. I am an amazing cook.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
working for a non-profit doing research on mathematics education and slowly but surely seeing the world

I love to read, and I'm oddly not all that selective with my books. If you think it's good, I'll probably be willing to give it a shot. Some of my favorite books are I Married Adventure, Night Circus, Les Miserables, Ender's Game, and the Harry Potter series. I also really enjoy Ray Bradbury's short stories.

I watch entirely too much TV… and at least half of it is crap. I'll probably try to hide that half from you for a while.

I have really eclectic taste in music. I'm really into folkish right now (Punch Brothers, Devil Makes Three, Dirty River Boys, etc.) and rediscovering old music from the 60s-80s.
