I'm ready to have a wonderful summer. I've moved into a new home in the country and I'm loving it. The peace and quiet is so healing; plus I'm enjoying being able to watch all sorts of wild animals. I had a fence installed, so now my two greyhounds have space to run. Running greyhounds are poetry in motion, truly stunning.

My son is 16 and has his driver's license. Now a that's an adventure. So glad he's a better teen than I was... then again I may be delusional. My son is a huge part of my life. He plays football in the fall and lacrosse in the spring and during different camps. Not sure what I'm going to do in a couple years after he graduates high school. One thing I do know is I'll have a lot more free time on my hands.

I have a variety of interests like music, dancing, reading, the outdoors, art, Miata runs,traveling, walking my dogs, photography, and more. Generally happy to try a new adventure so I'm looking forward to see what adventures you have in store for me.

Currently my life is a series of events from working to raising my son to making sure the house gets cleaned and the dogs get fed. Now that my son is older, I feel like I may be able to locate some free time to meet people and go out. I'm going to run my first 5K in a couple months. The first 5K I was signed up for was a busy, I had the flu and spent the day shivering with fever instead of running. Run may be overly optimistic, but I'll do something that resembles running but slower. I've been working on living a healthier life, but old habits are hard to break.

listening when my friends and loved ones need to talk (along with the random stranger), drawing, designing space, making people laugh.

my red hair is hard to miss. Unless I'm standing in the middle of a bunch of tall people, then I'd be just too short to be seen.

I enjoy fantasy. A book that is going to spark my imagination and transport me to another world. Love music! Doesn't matter what I'm doing there is music playing in the back ground. I'm not big on just going to a bar, but if there's a band... I'll happily go. I love to dance.

Netflix has become the black hole into my life. I'm so easily distracted by different tv shows and random movies. Not into anything incredibly gory, but I tend to be game for about anything else.

Food. I love food. As with most things I'm generally open to trying something new.

where has the time gone. It's amazing sometimes just how quickly it can slip by. One day you're thinking about and event happening a 10 months in the future and the next day you're recalling memories of the same event that happened 5 yrs ago.

I'm a bit of a home body, so chances are I'm home relaxing. Plus the fact I work every other Saturday morning makes going out on a Friday night more difficult.
