My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I'm not going to waste any time by repeating things which you've probably already read in *every single* other profile. Words are like wind, I'd rather make mine count.

So, I'm gonna start with some of my more questionable qualities – I'm very analytical, I don't like following traditions 'just because', I have no innate sense of taboo and I stay up past a reasonable bed-time too often for my own good.

I'm well and truly an evening person - something in the night-time air gives me a buzz which drives me to do something fun or productive (or both!). Ever get that feeling?

I distance myself from people who say one thing but think the opposite - I never know where I stand with them. What about you? What got you thinking today, and what made you happy?
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I'm very involved with my career and intend on keeping it as one of my priorities. That said, meeting new people and trying new things is always fun!
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Making chocolate truffles, and being GGG.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I have a very relaxed approach to life - it actually takes conscious effort to stress me out!
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food

Call me a geek, but A Song of Ice and Fire, Harry Potter, His Dark Materials, Dune and Lord of the Rings. There's also The Millennium Trilogy for something more serious.

Lots! But to name a few: Memento, Princess Mononoke, In Bruges, Fight Club, 300, and Battle Royale - the *real* Hunger Games ;)
Be warned, I do my best to avoid rom-coms...

Mostly power metal. Rhapsody of Fire, Powerwolf, Sabaton, Nightwish, and Rammstein feature among my favourites but I also enjoy some classical or even trance to relax. The only genre I can't stand is R&B.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Friends- the physical distances might grow but you know who you can depend on regardless.
Sweet chilli sauce- Why this stuff isn't classed as a heavily addictive substance, I don't know...
The Internet- a boundless source of knowledge and procrastination.
Music- How boring would life be without it?
Sleep- ...Worryingly low on the list, no? I enjoy it when I can get it.
Games- Blanket term. Board, computer, card, roleplaying... Any will do. They provide my escapism fix.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
How to make the world a better place. Sounds cliché, but my methods certainly aren't.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Hmmm... There isn't really a 'typical' Friday night, I take each weekend as it comes - whether that means going out or having a night in.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!

Offer a few tips to help matches win you over.
You are inquisitive about the world around you. You don't take life too seriously and are not easily offended. You are have a strong geeky side. You can spell, and are mostly happy. Everything else is negotiable.
