I'm me, I can be a bit nerdy and/or arrogant at times... I enjoy art and history and theater. I enjoy movies, reading, blah I dunno, hanging out and discussing politics or philosophy, and once in a while just sitting about drinking and goofing off with my friends. Getting settled into and comfortable with this whole being a grown up and making responsible decisions thing. Its something I've done for a while, it just recently popped into my head that it wasn't really optional anymore. I work, up until recently I helped take care of my great grandmother, she has passed away. So now I'm venturing forth and building my own life in my own slow manner. I belong to a few organizations that I feel very strongly about and spend quite a bit of time on that. I'm finishing up my conversion to Judaism. Overall I've recently become comfortable with me, and being who I am.

making jokes, pretending to play musical instruments, guessing cup/bra sizes, making obscene balloon objects, googling (proper googling really IS a talent), arguing, trivia games that require useless knowledge not needed anywhere else, teasing people, and incredibly twisted super mad hot monkey loving ;) lol

The hair on my head, and the hair on my beard aren't really the same color? I'm a stout fellow? Maybe my random and ever evolving choice of facial hair, maybe my hands... Probably the fact that I'm wearing a hawaiian shirt, cause I'm usually wearing a hawaiian shirt.

books, leviticus, deuteronomy, numbers, exodus, job... uhm no not really. anne rice before she lost it and went all crazy jesus freak with her writing, anything poppy z. brite, the wheel of time series which I can't wait to jump into the last of as soon as they start publishing the last book which is three volumes, yeah I don't get it either, the harry potter books were enjoyable, I LOVED 1632 by eric flint but haven't gotten to read the rest of the series. just finished the subtle knife, need to finish the rest of the his dark materials trilogy, I've just finished reading the southern vampire series I found it to be entertaining and a refreshing alternative to vampires made of glitter, hopefully another book is on the way. currently digging through and enjoying a bridge to light.

movies: lost in translation, clerks, chasing amy, kill bill, anything kevin smith or quentin tarantino really, house of 1000 corpses, y tu mama tambien, the libertine, secretary, lock stock and two smoking barrels, I dunno pretty much anything randomly amusing

music, hmm, okay the misfits, DK, the birthday massacre, musicals, genitorturers, portishead, nine inch nails, maybe some vnv nation, planet of the drums, pantera, sarah brightman, meriwether, marilyn manson, RHH, the horrorpops, any good blues, robert smith or r.l. burnside or buddy guy, that sort of thing, element eighty, jesus, I can't think of it all, just ask, I'll talk more about it

food: I love food, surprising to most people is if I had my choice between cooking a meal or eating a meal, I'd probably choose to cook. I like cooking, its a very cathartic experience to me. but on the eating end of things, I'll eat damn near anything.
