I know it sounds hard to believe, but paella is probably more
important to me than it is to most people outside of Spain. Of
course it’s delicious (and delicious things always bring me lots of
joy), but that’s just one aspect. I only learned about it when I
went on a vacation to Spain, so it’s always a reminder of how lucky
I feel to travel to and explore new places. Plus, it’s never made
the same way in any two restaurants, so it helps satisfy my itch to
try new experiences. Finally, it’s so delicious that I need to
mention it twice. But there’s more to me than my mild saffron
addiction. But lately I’ve been thinking I’d like to meet someone
special to spend my time with. So if you think you might be her,
say hi. Because as good as it is in Spain, the most delicious
paella of all is the kind you share.
I’m really good at

On a typical Friday night I am
On Friday nights (and weekends for that matter) I like to hang out
with friends, explore the city, hit up comedy shows, watch movies,
go bowling and whatever else seems fun at the moment
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
A waiter, 3 glasses of milkshake, an obnoxious photographer with a
terrible sense of timing, a couple of kids running around and
gravity. I was the waiter.
