My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I like to travel a lot (who doesn't?). I've traveled to 4 continents and hope to make it 6 eventually (screw Antarctica (no offense to any Antartics on OKC)). I went to high school in Guatemala City and Buenos Aires, studied at the University of London, went to college at NYU, and now I'm a first year law student at Fordham after traveling for three years around Asia and then splitting a year between Las Vegas, LA, and NYC with a side-excursion to Israel.

In my increasingly limited free time I enjoy watching sports and Netflix, playing basketball, satisfying wanderlust, and trying to remember how to play guitar. I really really like the Yankees, NY Giants, Arsenal FC, along with good food and quality beer. Always looking to talk to and meet new people.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Law school and becoming an Ace Attorney. Protecting people's constitutional rights and civil liberties after that.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
I played poker professionally for several years (played in World Series of Poker, have been on TV a couple times) before starting law school so I believe I'm pretty good at cards and logic games in general.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
Books: Neal Stephenson, Phillip K. Dick, Kurt Vonnegut, Joseph Conrad, Michael Lewis, Malcolm Gladwell, Chuck Palahniuk (99% sure I spelled that right), Bret Easton Ellis, Game of Thrones series, and Robert Harris.

Unfortunately since beginning grad school I don't have much time for pleasure reading.

Movies: Anything Michel Gondry, anything Michael Mann, anything David Mamet, anything David Lynch, anything Martin Scorcese, anything David Cronenberg

TV: True Detective, Seinfeld, House of Cards, The Fall, Hannibal, Curb Your Enthusiasm, The Sopranos, The Wire, Walking Dead, True Blood, The Daily Show, Real time with Bill Maher, Archer, Rick and Morty, and Game of Thrones

Music: The xx, Cut Copy, Wu-tang, Prodigy, Air, Miles Davis, 90s hip-hop, Royksopp, Zero 7, Sonic Youth

Honestly too many too list! Check out my last.fm: http://www.last.fm/user/saDJz

Food: Thai and Japanese are probably my favorite types of cuisine.

In a pinch I'm happy with New York pizza (though I consider New Haven pizza to be the best; happy to debate this endlessly) and Philly Cheesesteaks.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Good public transport, New York Yankees baseball, reddit, good tunes, massive amounts of caffeine, the ability to say "do you speak English?" in 10 languages.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
How much I need a cup of coffee.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Trying to justify not studying so I can watch a movie/playing cards/go out drinking with friends.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
Once intentionally listened to the Air song "Alone in Kyoto"...while alone...in Kyoto.

You're looking for someone to explore NYC/US/the world with. It's a good place.

You like good movies. Or movies that are so bad they're good.
