My self-summary
I don't want to hear about what the rich are doing.
I don't want to go where the rich are going.
What I’m doing with my life
Trying to quiet everything. Not just my mind or environment.
I’m really good at
not talking. or rambling.

Not naming anything.

Paying attention to subtleties and missing the the glaringly obvious
The first things people usually notice about me
Is that everything is happening.
I'm very nice, because I actually like people.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Books: Society of the spectacle, revolution of everyday life, Art in Theory, Lord of the Rings (trilogy)

Movies: Lord of the Rings (trilogy), The Life Aquatic, 2012: time for a change, Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas, Talladega Nights, Reign of Fire, Serenity.

Shows: True Detective, Mr. Show, The Mighty Boosh, Dr. Who, RuPaul's Drag Race, Firefly, The Wire, Early New BSG, the NBA, Flight of the Conchords.

Music: The Very Best, Jay-z, Daft Punk, South Rakkas Crew, Beach Boys, Electric Light Orchestra, Gang of Four, Iron Maiden, Manowar, Refused, Rye Coalition, Arcade Fire, Team Dresch, Brian Eno, sleepytime trio, Curtis Mayfield, Moss Icon, the first side of sports, The Pixies. Ah...And Cat Stevens. How could I forget him. It was punk for a long time. Maybe it will be again? I just went down the mid to late 90's rabbit hole. Rye and sleepy time trio still hold up. Especially the rye side of the Karp split. Now I'm oddly stuck on Before the Dive. I'm not sure I think it's even good. I do know it's great music to ride a bike to really, really late at night.

Food: Most, but Thai especially
The six things I could never do without
Nothing. The closest thing I can think of would be my bike.
On a typical Friday night I am
Doing something different than last week.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I went to buy a beach read for this week and ended up with 4 books on modern alchemy, politics of the outside, and magik. That's probably a good indicator of how I can get sidetracked.
