I figured it was time to update this baby. I have met some great new friends on this site and would love to continue making more friends. So, that being said, Let's move on, shall we?

About me...Well, I guess I should say the basics. I am 27 years old and have been living in Austin for almost 2 years. I am still discovering new things around the city and would love some company or aid in the exploration.

I am an artsy guy. I have my bachelors degree in theatre. It's my true passion and I only feel 100% whole when I am working on something theatre-oriented. I enjoy all aspects of theatre: acting, directing, and writing are my main focal points in the medium.

In spare time, I am a huge movie buff. I can sit and talk about films for hours. I do enjoy the blockbusters but my taste often tends to skewer to smaller films, foreign films, or thoughtful films. Being in theatre, I also enjoy going to plays and musicals. I also enjoy video games, tarot cards, art and literature.

I think I tend to be the kind of guy who needs to have a lot going to keep my time occupied. I do treasure my nights at home alone or with my friends. But I am usually completely open to other options. I do enjoy going out to clubs/bars/etc. every now and then, but definately not a huge clubber.

In a relationship, I enjoy a nice balance of personal space and lots of attention. lol. It's kind of a conundrum. I do love personal time but I do like having that special person around me a lot, even if we arent doing anything particularly exciting.

Right now, I am at a crossroads. I have so many options ahead of me and not much to tie me down. I am working to make a living. I am still working on getting the second act of my play finished. I am also involved in productions with a local underground theatre company that specializes in classic works. Recently completed my Austin Directorial Debut with a production of Arthur Miller's After The Fall. It was hard work but totally worth it in the end.

A) Listening. I love to listen to people talk. Pretty much anything goes with me. You can talk about yourself, about issues going on with your life, art, music, or the weather in France.

B) Theatre. I think I have stressed this topic enough. lol.

C) Board games! I love a good game of SORRY! or LIFE.

D) I am sure there are more...but you can help me figure those out!

Alot of people tend to notice my eyes. They are big, bright and blue! People also say that I seem to be pretty fun-loving right from the start. I am shy at first but once you get me comfortable, I love to let loose and have a good time!

Books: Augusten Burroughs, Harry Potter, The Kite Runner, The Unbearable Lightness of Being and books about Tarot.

Movies: Let The Right One In, Doubt, The Wizard of Oz, The Dark Knight, Where The Wild Things Are, Drop Dead Gorgeous and Hedwig and the Angry Inch.

Music: The Dresden Dolls, Mika, Gavin DeGraw, Muse and 80s Music. I also enjoy a lot of Top 40, pop music and broadway musicals.

THE FUTURE! Sometimes it is serious thought about where I am heading and what I want to do with my life. Other times its those "fantasy sequence" daydreams about things like winning a Tony Award, settling down with the "one" or walking a red carpet.

One of TWO places: A) out with friends at a club or eating out at a resturant.

OR

B) Cuddled on the couch with dinner and a night's worth of flicks.

I have a really high sex drive...lol.
