I'm a smart, single and sassy woman interested in dating intelligent men. I like to hike, bike, I'm an amateur botanist, play pool (badly but it's fun)...and I like new experiences. I like to sit in public places and make up stories about the people I see. People fascinate me and I'm always eager to hear about their lives...I guess you could say I'm nosy...but also willing to share my stories.

What I’m doing with my life

I'm trying to model to my kids that even when you are an adult, there is still fun to be had. I'm doing the 8-5 thing with a job that I love (I know, I'm lucky and grateful!). I contribute to my community and have loving friends. I try to get outdoors as much as I can.

I spend a lot of time thinking about

How to make my corner of the world a little better and what am I going to do with all the cucumbers and cherry tomatoes my garden is going to produce and what that last crossword clue means.

I spend a lot of time thinking about why people are so cruel to one another. Why our society forces people to hide who they really are...and how to change that. I think about why there are so many rules that prevent us from knowing and caring about one another.
