My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Engineering student who spends a lot of time studying, which means I don't study nearly as much as I should.

I'm always looking for new things to do. I'm the kind of person who gets up and makes plans the same day. I like to do some crazy stuff sometimes, such as scuba diving, ziplining and skydiving. Ask me about the time I hand-fed a Manta Ray or when I jumped out of a plane on purpose!

I'm really into cars - old, new, fast, slow...doesn't matter. As well as going to concerts. i'm also big on the whole science/space thing. It's one of those things that really excite me - thinking about how little we actually know, and how much stuff that's out there.

I have an irrational fear of speedbumps. It's okay though, I'm slowly getting over it.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Studying Mechanical Engineering because of my love of cars and everything that moves. I'll hopefully end up working in the automotive or aerospace industries. Then I could actually call myself a "rocket scientist".

When I'm not studying (read: procrastinating), I'm hanging out with friends, looking for bars I've never heard of, playing tennis and biking up/down the mountain. I also try to run at least a few times a week, which involves my treadmill pushing me in the wrong direction while I run in the right direction, clinging on for dear life. I'm planning on doing a 5k soon!
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Sailing. Comes in handy if you get a sudden urge to reenact a scene from The Pirates of the Caribbean. I'd appreciate some warning in advance for that, since it'll take me a while to grow a Jack Sparrow-esque beard. *Cue theme song*
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
Probably my smile, if they haven't already noticed my crazy hair. I feel like it could be the subject of some anti-gravity experiment.

Also, The Brave Little Toaster - which doesn't really fit in anywhere, yet remains awesome.

Shows: Breaking Bad, Portlandia, Game of Thrones, The Newsroom, Homeland, Community, House of Cards, SNL, Doctor Who, The Office, Top Gear, The IT Crowd, QI, Futurama, Archer, The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, Nathan for You.

The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
-Jeopardy: Because answering in the form of a question is awesome. I'll take "message me if" for $200, Alex.
-My Bike: I can't think of anything else that makes dodging parked cars and aloof pedestrians fun.
-My friends: Everyone needs a couch to pass out on.
-Coffee and Loose Tea: I drink Tea every day and worship David's Tea. Current favorite is their Pink Lemonade Tea.
-Terraces: because who doesn't like enjoying breakfast/lunch/supper/beer outdoors.
-The Barenaked Ladies: Do I really have to explain this one?
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
-Whether or not I should drop out of school and go work on a Hawaiian coffee plantation...think of all the free coffee!
-How looking into deep space is like looking back in time. Literally.
-What happens in flappy bird after you get past all the pipes?
-Why didn't Walter White just move to Canada and take advantage of our health care system?
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
If I'm not hanging out with friends at bar, I'm:
-Apologizing profusely for my Karaoke performance of "Bohemian Rhapsody".
-Looking up movies Rotten Tomatoes suggested.
-Trying out a new tea I overpaid for.
-Searching Urbanspoon for a place to go on Saturday night.
-Perfecting OK GO's treadmill dance.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
When I'm alone in the car, I can't help but to sing along with the radio at the top of my lungs. My current favorite songs to do this to are MAGIC's "Rude" and Taylor Swift's "Shake it off".

I really want to learn different kinds of dancing like Salsa, Tango, Swing and more!

My favorite way to procrastinate is watching cat videos on YouTube. I promise I'm not a crazy cat Lady/Man. Maybe.
