I am romantic, honest, and geeky.
My Self-Summary
I'm a girl on the artsy side. I've always loved to draw, paint,
fiddle with crafts, sing, write, and act. Milford, CT is my
hometown, but I am currently studying Creative Writing and Theatre
at a college in RI. I'm a senior this year.
I am also a bit of a geek. I am a Trekkie who also has a love of
Star Wars. My favorite video game is the original SNES MarioKart.
In fact, that's the only system I own, though I have learned to
play Melee and Brawl. I have played MTG in the past. I make Sailor
Moon AMV's and enjoy a few other random animes. I enjoy learning
about certain areas of history.
I may be a geek but I also enjoy a good party or a night out
dancing at a club. I hang out with my friends a lot and we find
random adventures to partake in.
What I’m doing with my life
Right now, going to college and auditioning for what I can.
I’m really good at
listening. I'm the person friends talk to about their problems.
The first things people usually notice about me
physically? Besides my chest, probably my smile/dimples.
My favorite books, movies, music, and food
I have an eclectic taste in music. My only dislikes are heavy rap,
screaming metal, and hoedown country. Some likes: Evanescence,
Within Temptation, Billy Joel, Boston, Peter Paul and Mary, Tom
Chapin, Arlo Guthrie, Shut Up and Deal, Pink, AC/DC, Queen, Audrey
Vanessa, Daughtry, Nickleback, Backstreet Boys, Jason Mraz, Rilo
Kiley, Judy Collins, Jodi Mitchell, Kate Vogoele, Jack's Mannequin,
Kyle Riabko, Celtic Woman, The Corrs, Liz Phair, Simon &
Garfunkel, Hellogoodbye, Crossfade, Revis, Josh Groban, Enigma,
Delerium, Nightwish, Lucky Boys Confusion, Ryan Cabrara, Aqua, Fefe
Dobson, Journey...and so much more. I also love musicals.
Movie-wise...a lot of Disney. Just not when they turned to crappy
animation. Save the Last Dance, Dirty Dancing:Havana Nights, A Walk
to Remember, Remember the Titans, The Replacements, Monty Python
and the Holy Grail, Pirates of the Caribbean, Star Trek, Quest for
Camelot, Practical Magic, Mean Girls, Phantom of the Opera, Romeo
and Juliet (the Zeffirelli version), and many more I'm too lazy to
list right now.
For books, I'm a big fan of historical fiction. I love anything by
Phillippa Gregory. Non-historical related, I love George Saunders.
You should message me if
-You aren't a player.
-You want to go on a date that might actually lead to a
relationship.
-You have to at least appreciate my geeky inclinations.
-You like to cuddle. That's kind of a must.
-You're taller than 5' 8". I'm on the tall side and I'm not
attracted to guys shorter than me.
-You consider yourself intelligent, without being a total egotistic
ass about it. Intelligence can be incredibly sexy ;)
-You enjoy, or at least appreciate the arts.
-You like the beach. In the summer I become a fish, so guys who say
"I hate going to the beach," we're going to have a problem.
-You're under 30. I keep getting messages from people over 30, and
I'm just not interested. I know "age is just a number" but I
believe I am at a completely different place in my life than
someone in their thirties would be. I generally have a mental
cut-off at about 26, but a year or two more might not matter,
depending on the person.
*Types I am not typically attracted to are overly "gangsta" acting
people and skaters. There are always exceptions of course but use
you're own judgment.
If you have gotti/guido hair, I might just glare at you. Just a
warning.
I'm also up to making new friends :)
