new, challenging ideas. i work hard balancing my work as a
wilderness educator and an organizer. i love my work and am eager
to share it with people. i love any excuse to be outside and hope
to make a career of sharing the wilderness with youth. for now, im
excited to be in the city and eager to explore.
What I’m doing with my life
juggling work as the director of a wilderness leadership camping
program for youth and work as an organizer for a progressive
campaign in Michigan. when I'm not working, I try to find time to
work on myself and camp and share moments with folks who inspire
and challenge me.

food: i am generally, but not militantly vegan. i try to eat locally and as sustainably as i can. lately, i've been spending a lot of time in the kitchen, experimenting with foods and trying to be more environmentally intensional about food.

I spend a lot of time thinking about
how i can bring better energy into the world and bring more art and
advocacy into the world. i think a lot about the future, but am
trying to concentrate on being here, now.
On a typical Friday night I am
hosting a potluck dinner at my place with friends and vacillating
between going out and staying in drinking wine and painting.
