My self-summary
I love to have fun. I am open to almost anything. I love to eat (although I'm not that good at it) and enjoy trying new foods. I haven't tried anything I don?t like (except for coffee - yuck!). I like places where the clientele is diverse, the music is good, and there is a variety of good beer on tap. Happy hours are my favorite hours. I love football Sundays - from the first game to the last. I like to play games - board, video, and card games. Really, I just like to talk trash... ;-)
What I’m doing with my life
I am an educator, and am very passionate about my work. I taught high school math in Baltimore City Public Schools before coming to DC to train teachers. I provide professional development for teachers in DC and Baltimore City Schools and certify brand new teachers to enter DC classrooms each year. I am inspired by great teachers who make learning fun and appreciate the curiosity of children.
