My self-summary
I love the outdoors and I like my recliner. I fish, hunt, golf, ride horses, ski, wakeboarding, take my dogs to the river, hike among other things. I also like movies and relaxing at home. I don't have any kids but I don't mind if you do, just don't have a football team of kids by a bunch of different baby daddies cuz that's not kosher. I work fulltime in a great career and plan on going back to school to finish my degree soon. I have a great sense of humor and like to make people laugh. I have been in the military and support the military, so if you don't then pound sand. Most people cant take the truth even though they always say that's what they want, and that might be why some people respect me and some people don't like me, cuz I just say it how it is. I am an adventure in the making.
What I’m doing with my life
I am working my ass off at work and at home. I am trying to remodel a house that should just be put out of its misery. I am improving my golf game one cuss word at a time. Still looking for my better half. I also like to help animals when I can. I do dog rescue when I have the time. At one time I had five dogs at my property and two were mine.
I’m really good at
I can do just about anything I really want to. I am a driven person that has survival instincts and the ability to bring commonsense into a situation. I am good at helping others be a better person if they really want to be. I am also great at being stubborn as my mule. I'm really good at working with dogs and understanding them.
The first things people usually notice about me
That I'm standoffish because I like to read the person or situation before I dive right in.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Books:I like John Sanford books, war stories, autobiographies about interesting people that have made a difference in this world. Do magazines count?

Movies:I watch a wide array of movies, comedies are my favorite, suspense/drama are good as long as I cant guess the ending in the first few minutes of the movie, I dont like bloody movies (Seen enough of that in one lifetime), true stories or based on true stories are always interesting: Super Troopers, Dumb and Dumber, Ace Ventura, Transformers, Gran Torino (Heck, most Clint Eastwood movies), All John Wayne movies, Role Models, Napolean Dynamite, Braveheart, Will Farrell movies, 2nd Hand Lions (Top 3 all time favorites), Open Range. I really like movies that have a good message to them, like 2nd Hand Lions.

TV: I dont have cable so usually its what I can catch on Netflix. The Wire, The Good Guys, Monster Quest, Married With Children, The Simpsons, Myth Busters, Alton Brown's Cooking Shows, Band of Brothers, That 70's Show, The News (Gotta stay current).
The six things I could never do without
Friends, My crazy family, the outdoors, entertainment, my dog, sugar.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Why are people so weird? I like to try to figure out why people are the way they are. Maybe I should have been a psychologist. I figure if I can figure a person out, then I can figure out why they are doing what they are doing. I get a kick out of people watching but I dont like large crowds of people, makes me uneasy.
On a typical Friday night I am
Probably working, watching a movie or hanging out with some friends. I work on a rotating schedule, so each week it is different. I dont really see the typical days of the week anymore.
