music - experimental pop, hip hop, slow metal, immersive and simple meditative songs, sound art
food - the kind that tastes and looks good - and made by friends is the best

how to continue to get better at and spend more time making art and music and the other things i like doing. whatever i may be writing about at the moment (recently artists who work with money in various ways, or language and art, or perhaps what i want to eat next...)
