Part 1: Hello... So, a couple of months ago I moved to Prague to experience the Czech culture. Prague is AWESOME and I’ve really been taking in the sights. Also, I love travelling. I’m totally into reading (reading Kafka / Kundera at the moment because I’m in Prague), movies, photography, strolling, art (HUGE MC Escher fan), music of all kinds within reason and anything else really - I'll try anything once. I also have an appropriate keenness for single malt and beer and delicious food (in moderation of course).

Work is keeping me busy for some hours in the day but I am concentrating on personal development. I also read non-fiction but mostly commerce related. I am very ambitious and am studying part time (second degree just in case you thought I have only a high school education). In fact, I hold a commerce degree in Actuarial science. Ignore that last bit. It sounds like I’m selling myself. I’m not. Anyways... O, I enjoy travelling a lot. And that is yet another reason why Czech Republic is so great. Easy access. This summer I’ll be doing weekend trips around Prague. I've totally stopped pretending I do Yoga.

Adding two words together to make a new one. Example: Ski + weekend = Skikend. Ski + vacation = Skication. Word + processor = Worcessor. The last one sucks but it illustrates the point. I’m also a talented procrastinator. People wouldn’t think it, but it’s a skill.

I’m tall and have a friendly, welcoming nature. Also, my sense of humour.

Lets start with BOOKS: Metamorphosis (Kafka) - its weird but I like it, Book of Laughter and Forgetting, Immortality (Kundera) - I enjoy the themes of his writing.
MOVIES; The Royal Tenanboums, The Life Acquatic with Steve Zissou, The Darjeeling Limited (Wes Anderson), Napoleon Dynamite, Pi, lots of others mostly comedy.
MUSIC: Depends on the mood and I pride myself on my CD collection (it borders on obsession). Top 5 bands are: The Pixies, Nick Cave, My Chemical Romance, The Killers, Kings of Leon, Leonard Cohen, Chemical Brothers, Moby, Bob Dylan, Deftones, Audio Slave, Fatboy slim, Akice in Chains, Hugh Masekela, Beck, Depeche Mode, The Doors, Groove Armada, Jimmy Eat World, Keane (even though I'm not totally into Perfect Symmetry - it's like they're missing their core - you know), Marcus Wyatt, Pearl Jam, Queens of the Stoneage, REM, RADIOHEAD, Red Hot Chilli Peppers, Sade, Texas, Seether, System of a Down, Sting, Stone Temple Pilots, The Strokes, The Buddha Bars, The White Stripes, Xploding Plastics, 30 Seconds to Mars, Wolfmother, Hendrix, Foo Fighters, but also into classics and particularly any Verdi or Puccini.

History - It's history of Rome month - and the common features between modern and ancient civilisation. Politics – mostly African. Beginning to get into philosophy. I’ve always been a fan of that Aristotle fellow. Planning trips – yeah! There’s more but I think that’s enough for now.
