I'm light hearted, ginger bearded, uniquely awkward, and unusually optimistic. I'm passionately dedicated to my career and business aspirations. I hope to achieve this by being hard working, open minded, and forward thinking. Also though, everything in balance. I enjoy my time off and tend to make excellent use of it.

I am employed as an executive chef. It's basically the only job I've ever had, and I'm truly passionate about it. I try to be playful in my approach, highlighting modernist techniques and local flavors/ingredients.
I was educated in the fine arts and spend much of my time painting, drawing, creating. I paint "figurative abstract" in encaustic. It's basically wax and oil paint, so I can manipulate it with heat. Torches, irons, heat guns, ect.. It's fun.
I've started a small business making various fermented goods. Wines, brandy, mead, vinegars, kombuchas, sauerkrauts, pickles, cheese, charcuterie.. All that good stuff. Hope to be on shelves by the end of this year! (Cautiously optimistic)
