I'm a fun loving, successful property manager, investor, lover, fighter, and dancer. I like to host events, go to costumed pub crawls, garden and watch movies on my giant projector screen. Not only am I intelligent, funny, creative, affectionate, honest and responsible, I'm charming, too! I'm the best dressed guy in the room and I make fantastic green curry!

I graduated from San Diego State University with honors, a degree in business and an emphasis in real estate. Then I moved to Japan and taught English to junior high schoolers. Almost seven years ago I landed in Portland and really kicked off my career. I manage two apartment complexes and own three investment houses! I hope to retire early and enjoy a simple life of community, self sustainability, fun and adventure!

World travel has always been an important part of life for me and my family. I've traveled in Mexico, Costa Rica, Italy, Greece, Cambodia, Laos, Thailand and Israel. One of the best experiences of my life was when I was living in Japan for a year. For seven months I performed in a charity musical. I played a punk rock, stoner, vulture in a new version of the Jungle Book. We used the money to go deep into the jungles of Papua New Guinea and build a one room elementary school. That year, I also saw the sun rise at the top of Mt. Fuji, went white water rafting, canyoning, rode elephants through a rubber plantation, and attended a cooking school in Thailand. In 2012, I traveled to Indonesia for three weeks. While I was there, I became a PADI certified open water scuba diver and climbed another volcano! I have a lust for life and I believe the world is packed full of amazing opportunities!

I am passionate about creating an urban oasis for me and my friends. I recently bought a house with a nice back yard and I'm excited to start growing an abundance of fruit, vegetables, berries and flowers! Designing things just how I want them is very important to me. I've designed a lot of my clothes and I'm really excited to be converting my garage into the deluxe master suite!

I dance with everything I've got, I've practiced a lot of martial arts and I'm a damn good kisser!

One of my favorite books is Sea Wolf by Jack London. I love transformative character journeys (See favorite movie). I've read all of Anne Rice's vampire/witch books and some of her others, too. Right now I'm reading books on architectural and landscape design for my new house.

Fight Club is my all time favorite movie.

I love classic rock, funk, blues and reggae.

I spend a lot of time thinking about growing my own food. I just started my garden, three kinds of mushrooms and a batch of honey wine. I also think a lot about my garage renovation, finding a strong partner, moving upward professionally and how to structure my life so I can spend 1-3 months every year traveling in inexpensive tropical countries.

I usually begin Friday evenings with singing, wine, four courses of amazing food and lots of friends gathered around. From there it can go anywhere!

Culturally I'm Jewish, but I'm more of an agnostic that believes in The Golden Rule.
I don't have tattoos, but if I did, they'd be like me, intricate and huge.
I don't watch ball sports or play video games often, but enjoy watching UFC from time to time.

I'm looking for my sunshine; my silly BFF to explore the world with; the co-star in our never ending story! You should have your life together (mostly) and bring value to our relationship.
