I describe my self sexually as a pansexual queer female with a male partner and a strong lesbian lean. Oddly enough, I actually think that helps to create less confusion!

I am a nursing student in my final year, and can't wait to remove the student (and the income less than $25 000) label from my profile. I'm tall, I change my style pretty much daily, and my hair is never the same from one season to the next. I drink too much, talk too quietly, walk too slowly and dance not nearly as often as I would like. I get lost for hours in books and sarcastic conversations. I am slowly learning to cook delicious meals, but I still resent having to do the dishes afterward. I spoil my dogs and don't trust anyone that wouldn't do the same with their pets.

I prefer to observe and listen than to jump right in to social situations. I love goth/industrial clubs and it makes me sad that they're all closing down slowly. Family and friends are essential and I make it a point to always treat them that way - I expect the same from the people with whom I surround myself.

The banal and the usual bore me. I think this world's beauty and that of the people in it stems from the small, unique details and oddities. I am passionate and in love with lust and physical and emotional connection. I am taken but not wholly, and always welcome others.

Enjoying it!! And stressing about it. Working on school and getting my future career in order. Hopefully, the rest will fall into place.

Getting to know people, and understanding where they're coming from. I'm great with words and love to play with language. School has always come easy for me, so I suppose I'm really good at that. I'm also really good at trusting people, and at being there for anyone that needs me.

My eyes. Apparently they jump out at you (or so the crazy old French man told me on the street!). They also tend to notice how cold I am and that my extremities are a dazzling shade of purple.

If it's a book, it's a favourite! I'm mildly addicted to Criminal Minds, House and the L Word. I'll watch any movie, unless it's slapstick humour in which case I'm not interested. Most foods are delicious, but I could eat hummous and ice cream on a daily basis. Music is anything goth/industrial for the most part - Rammstein, the Cure, Sisters of Mercy et.al.

Having a few drinks and wings at the bar, or getting gothed out and hitting a club. Or, sadly, I might be working on some pain in the ass project for school.

Sometimes I think the world is a scary scary place and I'm depressed to be part of it. Sigh, society really sucks sometimes.
