My self-summary Propose an edit

I'm a fun loving and laid back guy looking for someone to spend time with and see what happens. I have pics and will post them soon. In the meantime would like to email and get to know a person first. I've never had a problem dating, but thought this could be a fun way to meet new people I otherwise would never have the chance to meet.

What I'm doing with my life Propose an edit

Lately it seems like work is all I do with my life, which is probably why I'm typing all this. I love my job and what I do, so that's not the problem. The problem is that the industry and medium I'm in forces me to work mostly nights and weekends. And that kind of puts a damper on the social life.

I'm really good at Propose an edit

Finding the fun in what I'm doing, no matter what it is. It's always about who you're with, not what you're doing. So if I'm with someone who is willing to laugh and have a good time, no matter where we are I'm good at helping to make that happen.

My sarcasm and dry humor. The second thing people notice is my eyes and smile. The third... my big bald spot on the back of my head. :)

My favorite books, movies, music, and food Propose an edit

I'm fan of all of these things in general, lately I've been reading more than going to movies.

Last movie I saw: Eagle Eye. Better than I expected. Totally unrealistic, but beyond that was good action and really fast paced. Is it a master film? No of course not, but it keeps you entertained throughout. Never looked at my watch once, which is always a good sign.

Last book I read: Perdido Street Station by China Mieville. An amazing book. It's just unbelievable to me that someone can imagine let alone put on paper this world, these characters, and this story. I wouldn't even know how to classify it, something along the lines of sci-fi fantasy with an industrial renaissance type flavor. Completely original in every way, and the kind of book you have to re-read certain portions just to make sure you've captured in your mind all of the intense imagery going on. Definitely not for the faint of heart, or someone looking for an easy read. Yet one of the best books I have read in years.
