My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
grew up in colorado, graduated from college, and randomly moved out here to that big apple to see if i could five years ago. pretty awesome adventure. data analyst for a giant corporation by day, amateur escape artist by night...
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
coasting through it with very few consequences and zero accountability.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
faking it for the masses.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
my thick mandarin accent.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
rather than give favorites, i'm going to give the last five things i consumed as a consumer of print: "11/22/1963" by stephen king (though honestly, more of a good book with a great idea in it...), "the angel's game" by carlos ruiz zafron, grant morrison's 6 year running "batman" run, possibly the best book i've read in the last five years "infinite jest" by david foster wallace, and that "einstein" biography by walter isaacson.

movie wise, the last five i've watched are "american psycho", "tnmt", "ghostbusters", "the royal tenenbaums", and "the dark knight rises"

fuck it, for tv i'm just going to put my favorites (stymie that disappointment). in no particular order: the wire, lost, the sopranos, mad men, breaking bad, louie, it's always sunny in philadelphia, seinfeld, south park, and curb your enthusiasm.

going to fire up the ol' itunes, hit shuffle, and post the five songs that pop up - no matter what...: "scatterbrain" by radiohead, "two of us" by the beatles, "rich kid blues" by the raconteurs, "it hurts to be alone" by bob marley and the wailers, "world wide suicide" by pearl jam.

i'm a steak and potatoes guy, but i'll try anything three or seven times.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
i could really go without anything if i had to, but good food, good beer, good friends, good pot, good music, and good books (novels, comic books, biographies, whatever as long as they tell a good story) pretty much cover it.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
lately that every atom in my body was forged billions of years ago in the center of a gigantic star that exploded. also superman.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
depends how the work week went. though, this particular friday night doesn't have any moxy to it.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
just go ahead and ask away if you want to know something private. shoot from the hip.

you're as bored as i am, but wear the occasional skirt. want to do something new. go somewhere new. try something new. let's do something new, man.
