I am liberating sites, their components, and nodes by force.

My Self-Summary

While reared in the great abyssal gape of the mid-west, SF has cradled me for nearly ten years now.

I spend some of my time avoiding inevitable things.
For the rest of it, I really enjoy reading—mostly non-fiction, criticism, etc— I do a lot of writing and am certifiably a computer geek.
I studied painting, architecture and art theory here in the city.

I make stuff.

I'm not a sports guy, really; I should say that outright. I frequent the gym but don't expect me to drag anyone to some kind of howling ultimate frisbee clusterfuck however, and I'm serious here, I'd really love to learn tennis; I have a racket and everything.

God though, I do love conversation—inventive, inspired forensics, metaphysical arguments, etc., Kanye's baleful addiction to auto-tune.

What I’m doing with my life

As far as employment, when I'm not assembling technological mythologies I'm terminally freelance. Most of it is concept art and digimatte stuff; animation; storyboards.

I’m really good at

Scrutinizing, minesweeper, crisis management.
Crafting revisionist histories.
Drinking coffee.
Prose writing in Victorian tongues.
Attempting to attempt tennis, DIY home-improvement.
Spatial reasoning, wasting time, divining others' intentions, critical thinking.
Being 'contrarian'.
After Effects. Not eating chocolate.
Keeping track of your allergies.

The first things people usually notice about me

Uhh, I have alopecia so I could be missing patches of hair at times... that could be noticeable.

My favorite books, movies, music, and food

My favorite book is probably a Nabokov novel: I'll say Ada but i'll have to mull it over a bit more.

The movie question is pretty much unanswerable but uh, I recently re-watched Coppola's "The Conversation" with Gene Hackman and a young Harrison Ford. If you haven't seen it, you really should. Also, Recently been going through a lot of old Bergman stuff.

If Dr. Luke and Max Martin wrote it, I'm listening to it. Im looking at you, Miley.

With that out of the way, I'll just pick some shit from a random itunes playlist:

Nas
Blonde redhead
Richard Buckner
The Dirty Projectors
Bon Jovi
Young Jeezy(!)
Boards of Canada
Beyonce
Cyndi Lauper
MGMT
Teenage Bad Girl
The Smoking Popes
Maserati
m83
The Dirty Projectors
Radiohead
Kelly Clarkson
Wu-tang

The six things I could never do without

natural disasters
coffee
Wikipedia
paper
beer
alone time

I spend a lot of time thinking about

Desire and film.
Systems for drawing hexagons without rulers.
My imaginary relationship to the real relations of production.
A good apple.
Reasons I should start doing more cooking.
Baroque things.
Second person narratives involving you being inanimate.

The most private thing I’m willing to admit here

I peed my bed at 22; I was not the only one in it.
