My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I enjoy running marathons, I've started my own business and I teach part-time. I enjoy running, exploring, beer crafting and cooking. I do some volunteering for children in need in the community.

Overall, I'm a kind and straightforward person who values intelligence, honesty, hard work and transparency. You will find me to be a devoted, compassionate and overall true individual.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I take bodybuilding and training pretty seriously. For me, every day is gym day and I have a tough, yet challenging, routine. I enjoy watching hockey and UFC with friends at bar. I have the same group I always run with and we actively encourage each other. We've known each other since college and we are all doing Montreal 2014 marathon.

I'm training for my Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu blue belt pretty seriously. I cook the best spaghetti sauce ever and my Asian cuisine skills are getting there. I've been recommended for Ph.D. and have been considering it. You will find my passions to be as varied as my skill set. I'm always open to explore new topics and develop new talents. At the moment, I am deeply immersed into literature, communication and writing skills.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Anything with numbers or related to logic or analysis.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
TV SHOWS: Doctor Who, Sherlock, The Mentalist, Breaking Bad, House, Luther and Dexter. Oh, I saw all Columbo episodes too.

BOOKS: I generally let Amazon decide for me what I'm going to read next on my Kindle. These recent days, I am more and more into indie writers and authors, although I do read the classic novels actively (mainly Christie, Simonet and Sir Arthur Conan Doyle). I also enjoy historical fiction.

1) Anything with my spaghetti sauce. I don't even need pasta to go with it (it takes an entire day to make!)
2) General Tso chicken - voted best by all family members. I make this one once a month minimum.
3) Seafood Pad Thai - with shrimps and whatever "langoustine" translates to in English.
4) Slowly-roasted juice beef Cooked at low temperature for eleven hours for maximum flavor!
5) Peanut chicken - a recipe from my mom, simple to make and so tasty!
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
1) Grapefruits. Best fruit ever.

2) No second thing. I just wanted to get that thing out of the way.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I still can't pronounce the word "strengths" correctly no matter how many times I try. I still don't understand when the "ed" part of a past tense verb should be pronounced (wasted or wast-ED?).
