I am humorous, intelligent, and organized.

My Self-Summary

I moved back to Minneapolis last summer and am enjoying seeing old friends and making new ones. I love to travel and go to concerts/theater/Brave New Workshop, Twins games, and other events. I'm pretty type-A and definitely a planner, but I'm working on trying to be a bit more spontaneous.

In a date, what turns me on? A great smile, handsome face, beautiful eyes. Intelligence is a must. I'm looking for a guy who is honest and dependable, but also knows how to have fun and can challenge me. Someone who's not stuck on himself, but knows he has a lot to offer in a relationship. In general, I'm attracted to guys who are reasonably close in age to me (let's say 28-44). Usually I go for the clean cut, boy-next-door look. I tend to prefer guys with solid/beefy builds to thinner guys, but hey, there are exceptions to every rule. Sometimes it seems like all the good guys in my age range are already partnered, so hopefully there's someone out there who will prove me wrong...

What I’m doing with my life

I'm the director of admissions for a graduate school program. Love to travel whenever I can.

I’m really good at

organizing/planning events--my friends usually put me in charge of the details when we go somewhere, plan a party, or take a trip!

The first things people usually notice about me

physically--most people say smile or eyes

My favorite books, movies, music, and food

books: sci-fi (Asimov, Clarke, Brunner, McDevitt)
movies: runs the gamut from comedies to well-done dramas. Foreign films once in a while when I'm feeling intellectual. :)
music: wide range from classic 80s pop/freestyle/disco to today's top 40/R&B to country.
food: Mexican, Italian, Thai
