Basically I'm a healer and a musician/performer.
What I'm not: hardy, outdoorsy (though I love nature and all). handy. alpha.
What I don't do--ski, surf, kayak, or even swim. I also don't build or fix things--but I'd love it if you did!
Also--I am just now coming into my own career-wise after a trudging a looooong tough road. Did not amass a fortune, spent all my adult life till about now clinging to the lowest rung of the middle-class ladder. Not at all getting ready to retire and sail into the sunset.
I'm way more intuitive than I am logical...but I can fake being logical when the situation calls for it.
I love repartee, ideas, wordplay. I love tenderness & intimacy. My idea of a good time with a girlfriend could be a road trip, a garage sale, puzzling over programming a car stereo, a special night on the town, watching some hi-class TV & doing the requisite cuddling, and reading to her in bed--or being read to.
Also a good time would be having projects that we were involved in together--not necessary if we have very different career paths. But it does appeal...
Way more curious & appreciative than I am judgmental. Principled and passionate.
While I'm bloviating here, I might as well also say that I don't think it's necessary (or even perhaps desirable) that we share all the same preferences, personal styles and fun activities. I think chemistry and that je-ne-sais-quoi of compatibility trumps much else. I've met a number of people whose values I share and it was obvious from the get go--pffftt.
