There's not much I can tell you about myself that you can't figure out from looking at my pictures and reading the basics that have to be filled out. As far as what my personality is like, well that's something left for people to figure out in person. You can't really determine that via chat messages and what someone writes down isn't always accurate. I can say that right now I'm looking for friends, but willing to work on a relationship if the right person comes around.
To give a little insight to "my world," here are some tidbits based on the suggestions given to me: my biggest hobbies would be model building, "jeeping," collecting different drinking glasses, and genealogy to find out more about my family history. Some day I'd like to travel to Poland to see where my family originated, but that is a ways off. I'd also like to learn ballroom dancing. I've been hooked ever since I saw the movie "Take the Lead" with Antonio Banderas and it seems like it would be really fun to do.
I own a house in Virginia Beach Virginia that I cannot live in right now due to work requirements. I ride a motorcycle, drive a Jeep Cherokee, and a Dodge Challenger. I have one niece that I love to spoil (I'm her godfather) and 2 nephews (twins).
I used to volunteer at the Virginia Beach SPCA and miss it a lot. I worked with the dogs (walks, play time, socialization, foster dad), cats (play time, socialization, foster dad), rabbits, hamsters, gerbils, and mice. I also worked with wildlife, mainly transporting them from the shelter to rehabbers. I rescued two kittens from there and they are complete opposites and don't take kindly to other cats around. If I hadn't already made plans on getting a purebred Australian Shepherd puppy, I would have rescued one of the huskies that were constantly being surrendered to the shelter.
Some random stuff:
-I have 3 tattoos
-I play World of Warcraft as an undead rogue (and I don't spend an eternity playing)
-I swam and rode jet skis in the Persian Gulf
-I have been to about half of the United States in some way
-I met President Carter and President Obama, but not at the same time
-The longest non-stop flight I have been on was from Kuwait City Kuwait to Baltimore Maryland (we went North over Europe, across the Atlantic, then came back South)
-I have almost died once.
