I a semi retired spirtitual seeker. I like outdoors actvities. I have taken several men's work groups and other self improvement as well as Reiki II and Ipsula Kriya Tantra Yoga. I am now open to new plans for the next 35+ years of my life, which I want to live in great health due to healthy eating, exercising and staying active. I enjoy outdoor activities such as hiking, camping, kayaking and going on road trips, dancing, especially swing dancing and contra dancing.

Helping people with looking for a job, but that has been my job, so I am looking to identify other strengths.
