First and foremost, my preference is for someone who follows an athletic and healthy lifestyle. I follow a very strict diet (by choice), perform cardio and/or weight lifting at least 4-5 days per week and am also a powerlifting coach for a group of incredible athletes.

I'm a divorced father of three of the best children (and yes, I'm biased) who mean the world to me and live with me full time. I do not fall into the atypical guy classification and feel I'm truly rare and unique catch. I'm a true romantic in every sense of the word and still believe in chivalrous actions. I have a strong passion for helping others and very compassionate attitude towards the human race and making a difference, especially when children are involved. I'm quite often the proverbial listener and will be anywhere, for anything, at any time for my friends in need. I volunteer regularly and attempt to live each day to the fullest potential.
