I'm very relaxed and easy going. I don't have a 5 yr plan =P Basically I'm just taking life year by year. I recently turned 25 and I want the next 10 years of my life to be filled with awesomeness ^_^

I'm interested in people. Why they think the things they do, do the things they do, what makes them so different to other people, what their flaws are, what makes them beautiful... I also love ellipses. I use them at outrageously innapropriate intervals. But meh =P

I'm not highly ambitious or competetive. Well. Not most of the time =P I do break into a fit of internal shouting (as external shouting on the train is generally looked down up) when that damn Princess Peach kicks my arse at the very last second in Mario Kart DS. I'll get you one day, Princess Peach! And your little dog too! Oh wait... wrong quote. However, I think people misunderstand what not being competetive means to me though. It doesn't mean that I don't put any effort into things or accept challenges. It just means that I don't seek higher status, power or positions and that my approach to getting what I want out of life is relaxed rather than rigidly planned.

One of my pet peeves is bad grammar and spelling. It doesn't have to be perfect. I mean, I am a sucky speller. Just not horridly disgusting. "Your hot" would be a good example of horridly disgusting. Unless of course the sentence continues to "Your hotdog was delicious". Then it is yummy ^_^ Mmm... hotdogs. They should be disgusting but they aren't...

I think I'm a fun person, but in a geeky way =P I like flirting for the wordplay involved. ^_^ I like reading. I like talking about interesting things. Religion is one of those interests although I am not religious myself. I want to do a castle tour of Europe. I want to eat food in Italy. I want to see historic things in Greece. I play the DS on the train. I am a recent convert of Munchkin. I also like doing crafty things like scrapbooking or sewing (my sewing skills need improvement though!) and I enjoy learning to cook new things. If you have any simple, quick and yummy recipes including lots of veggies, feel free to pass them on to me. I'm always on the lookout for ways to eat more veggies.

I'm not interested in risky things like extreme sports and stuff like that. Actually, okcupid has correctly discovered that I'm not very interested in sport in general. Love Wii Sports though! 5 strikes in a row! Go me! ^_^ Actually, I like watching some sports =) I loved "so you think you can dance" but I don't know if most people consider dancing a sport. But it should be!

I'm currently working on Market Research (no, not one of those people that call you up and ask if you want to do a survey =P). I like my work, but I don't love it. I'm looking for something I love.

I'm pretty new to this working full time thing, having only done it for a few months. The money is nice. The working 5 days a week is not. Three days a week would be nice =P

I'm also considering starting up some dance classes or something. I generally like the latin styles and swing, ceroc etc. Anyone have any suggestions about good places to go in Sydney?

I'm also really good at not being bored. People seem to be amazed that I survived for a year without working and uni. I honestly don't understand why they are so surprised because there is HEAPS of stuff to do!!!

Apparently I am very short. I disagree. However, I am told that it is cute, so I don't disagree too much ^_^

a) How about authors instead of books? Isobelle Carmody, Terry Pratchett, Robin Hobb, Douglas Adams, Robert Rankin, Garth Nix, Jane Austen, Neil Gaiman... ummm.. many more! I generally go for Fantasy. I also love my childhood books... Madeline L'Engle, The Narnia Chronicles, Anderson, Brothers Grimm etc. I have a facination with mythology and fairytales (especially with modern twists!) Also I am an unashamed fanfic addict =P

b) Movies... the problem with listing movies is that you always forget some. So, here is a list of movies/t.v shows that I like and currently occur to me: House (Hugh Laurie... you are a genius), most things with Johnny Depp in them, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, Big Fish, The Wizard of Oz, Pan's Labyrinth, the Princess Bride, Love Actually, Kiss Kiss Bang Bang, Monty Python and the Holy Grail, Black Books, FireFly, Buffy, Angel, Yakitate Japan (anime), So you think you can Dance and yeah... that is what occurs to me right now =P Oh, also, I'm a Alan Rickman and Helena Bonham Carter fangirl =P

Update: Well, after people bugging me for ages to watch Doctor Who (the new ones) I finally relented and... I LOVE it! The Doctor is wonderful ^_^

c) I'm not a big music person and can never remember the names of songs and people singing them =P I tend to collect song recommendations from friends so please feel free to make suggestions. For some odd reason I've had 'Whistling in the Dark' by They Might be Giants in my head for the last few days...

d) Mmmm... yummy foods!!! ^_^ So many to choose from... Here is a rough list of things I like: Thai, Indian, Japanese (especially sashimi), Italian, Macedonian Feta, olives, lemon, COOKIES, chocolate, broccoli, mushrooms, tomatoes, peanut butter, cheesecake, cheese of any kind really and I'm going to stop now before I make myself hungry =P
