I am observant, spontaneous, and always thinking.
My Self-Summary
**Revising my whole profile, so it might seem a bit funky for a
while. 10.23.2009**
Most of my days are spent either working or hanging out downtown by
myself or with a friend. This summer has been the best I've had in
approximately 4 years and I plan to keep the good times
rolling
I am capable of viewing things from other points of view both
personal and objectively. Any discussion to be had will keep my
attention if you are putting in equal effort.
On the flip side of that, people who take themselves or me too
seriously tend to not like me very much.
Most people that know me well have the tendancy to consider me
impulsive. Very impulsive. If something looks good, tastes good, or
feel good. I am very likely to look at it, eat it, or touch it. Of
all the senses, touch and smell are the most important to me.
I am also a very 'tell the whole truth' type of person. I don't
like it when people tell me half-truths, evade answering questions,
or flat out lie to my face. It all falls under the umbrella of
lieing, which I am pretty quick to sniff out and ultimately destroy
mercilessly. There are circumstances in which withheld information
is necessary and those I can accept. If I'm asking you how many ice
cream sandwiches you ate, you better tell the truth!
What I’m doing with my life
My ambitions in life are still in the process of development. I am
currently in a Web Design and Interactive Media program. My main
focus so far is User Experience and Information Architecture.
I work, therefore I have money, therefore I can pay my own way when
I hang out with my friends. And this also means I have more
opportunity and ability to be spontaneous! Which usually comes in
the form of wandering around Portland, coffee shop hopping, and
book reading, note taking, and lots of random chattering laughter.
I’m really good at
Cooking, being
silly, watching movies, laughing, reading, basic web development,
eating, typing, walking.
I love talking about the usability of things, in every
sense.
My view of other people is somewhat more innocent than
vindictive.
I always like to look at the brighter side of things, in the
logical sense moreso than the emotional.
Oh, and I am very talented at pointing out the obvious when I'm
nervous or extremely tired, in which case I am probably also
laughing or tipsy.
Which brings me to another thing I am good at: games. I am a very
honest player and observant. You can not get away with cheating
when you play against me! Besides, victory or defeat tastes more
golden on a level playing field.
The first things people usually notice about me
I have also been told on many occasions how
sweet I am. Not by taste, but my
personality, my general habits, and the way I process and think of
things.
There are also the obvious noticable physical parts of me: being
short, being asian, wearing glasses, etc. But I do not like to
think that is what the question is asking. So many people put down
the super super obvious physical tokens of their existence.
I would hope that people notice that I am a great person. I am fun
to be around, even when being silent I may actually be laughing on
the inside in which case a little nudge would push that internal
humor to a real audible laugh.
People who take themselves seriously often do not like me. I am
always calmer than the average person in stressful situations. How?
I am an excellent blocker.

Something to think about
(I know, that's more than 6.)
I spend a lot of time thinking about
I spend a lot of time thinking about food. Food in general because
it's whatever everyone needs, uses, mis-uses, and throws away in
some cases. It's amazing what people do with meat and
vegetables.
Who people are and who they think they are is another one of my
mental pass-times. I don't know a whole lot of people in this
world, but I do wonder about the people I see on the max, the guy
walking his girlfriend's purse dog, the old woman wearing her 20
year old grand daughters clothes, etc. which goes along with the
whole design of things and usability.
On a typical Friday night I am
Friday is just a day. On my days off work I prefer to be out
somewhere all day. More than likely it's downtown Portland. With a
friend, by myself, reading or watching people, headphones on,
watching the clouds float by, an endless number of things.
I can't wait for fall to begin! The air is more animated with the
dancing clouds and the falling sky.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit here
I cry easily. Even though my thoughts and words are more on the
side of logic, emotions do get the better of me sometimes.
You should message me if
If you can hold a decent discussion about any random thing that
pops into your head. If you have things in life that you want to do
and you need someone there to talk about it and be excited about
life with you.
I like kids, but not yours. If you have a little one, pass me by.
I'm only looking for someone with a clean slate, clean body, and a
clean mind...ok maybe not the last part, but you get what I mean.
