I am a vivacious, stylish, conscious, kind and curious woman. I've discovered I am a great cook. I appreciate a wide variety of music: from Philip Glass to Amy Winehouse (admit I wish I loved jazz more than I do); I love art (painting and sculpture in particular) although I don't seem to spend much time in museums lately. I am in love with Andy Goldsworthy. I need nature (from the coast to the mountains). I really love the beach; Zion and the Red Rock country blow me away. Ventured to Cambodia and Laos where the temples at Angkor were a revelation. Visited Italy many times. The place feeds my soul via its art, beautiful countryside and, of course, the food. But I know I am a tourist and do not need to move there. And, perhaps I ready for someplace(s) new: Vietnam? Portugal? Suggestions?
A little stiffer than I once was, I am pretty healthy and active, although was never your companion for backpacking & steep hiking trails.
I arrived in SF from Boston in 1972. After the shock wore off, I settled in and got my "green card" to this fabulous locale. Have lived the entire time on Potrero Hill, a friendly place on the east-side of town near the Bay. I love this community with congenial neighbors, great weather, 20 fabulous restaurants and cafes within walking distance.
