I seek spiritual awareness, star gazing, laying on beaches, cooking
and eating ethnic foods (Indian, Thai, Middle Eastern, Italian,
Indonesian and great Burritos etc..) I work hard on my listening
skills and consider listening and especially listening without
judgement to be very important, I am passionate about life, I love
to explore new ideas, cultures, countries, I dream very big dreams
(some I have reached some I am still reaching for), I believe in
living to make a difference in the world and I can't live without
the idealism of my youth ... no pessimists please...I am far from
serious all the time, I love to have fun as well...I love movies, I
love shooting pool, I enjoy going to the theater and most of all I
appreciate depth in conversations... I have lots of flaws as we all
do. (my life is a work in progress, sometimes in the right
direction, sometimes with a detours).
I want to just meet interesting people, since i think most people have a more difficultly meeting likeminded people once you get in the work world, people who love to travel (travel with humility and mind open to learning about others, with the courage to ask if you don't understand), practices random acts of kindness to close friends and strangers, knows when push comes to shove the universe's purpose is much larger than our day to day concerns, cherish moments of solitary tenderness, have emotional depth, are comfortable with people of all races, socio-economic status, religions and cultures (this is very important to me), have an unlimited desire for learning, cares about social justice and injustice, takes care of their physical body, aware of their emotional health, and on a constant spiritual quest to explore the beauty of their soul. They must be independent in thoughts and actions seeking friendship ... among other things...this is some of what is important to me.. I know that there are likeminded folks in this area, just want to find them. PS I have met many many people all over the world (" poverty to millionaires in mansions with servants and I am repulsed by people who think that material wealth or power needs to be flaunted. Your treatment of others, integrity of character and the sincere beauty of your heart is primary. I crave good conversation and love to be challenged emotionally, intellectually and spiritually.
