I am and yearn for cultural amalgam

I've lived many places and find my myself settling in. Its a good choice. I'm coming to terms with the fact that I like brightly colored things. I like to get the best of both worlds. My shoes fluctuate between size 9-10. I like indoor wall climbing. I'm not very good at sports involving balls. You'll beat me at pool, unless I'm really a shark. I don't like sleeves, and wear girl tank tops because they fit better. I like food, especially the kind eaten with your hands. You cook better than I do. I get satisfaction from a home plumbing job done right. I don't consider a disjointed collusion of "I" sentences to be good writing. I don't own a car, but I do have kayak racks. I'm so up my own ass that I work at a non-profit. I'm sarcastic. Make me laugh and I'll like you. I love movie previews but hate reading the backs of books. Recommend me a good book or movie. I have a not-so-secret obsession of watching music videos on youtube. Gender/sexuality ambiguity is HOT. I like proportioned bodies. I drink like I'm half-irish. I could probably kick you in the head. I know exactly when to act my age, and when not to. Its usually the latter. I know enough to know that I don't know much. Please keep me posted on news, political climates, verbose vernacular, and philosophy. I greatly enjoy how you think.

I am multifaceted, adaptable, and invigorating

I'm currently working for an endangered species non profit as the jack-of-all trades office manager, proposal editor, report producer, and hit-the-file server-when-it's-not-working guy. And I have to hit that sucker a lot. But, at the end of the day, I love that I'm a part of making the planet a better place, even if most of it is busy work and cursing at computers.

I hope to go to grad school (soon) and get an MBA with an international development focus. Though I currently deal with animals, people are my passion. I'm a social scientist at heart, and want to be part of the development process.

Adventures, interesting conversation, indoor wall climbing, making you laugh, making an ass out of myself, physical balance and flexibility, dressing up in ridiculous costumes, talking, listening, learning new things, supporting my friends, looking on the bright side of everything.

My eyes and smile will let you know when mischief is afoot.

I've been told that I radiate a friendly and comforting vibe. They also tell me I'm vibrant and look young for my age. One of these days I won't get carded...

Though I have my roots in punk, metal and crazy shows, I also like the dancy electronic and goth/industrial stuff. I take time to see great live shows and DJs, as deeply respect people who can play string instruments well.

I'm not picky with food, and love it all. There's a very good chance I've eaten way more ridiculous stuff than you in my travels and enjoyed every minute of it.

Humorous existentialism. Life has no predetermined meaning, so we're free to make up our own. I'm highly interested in this concept, and what meaning people create for themselves. I'm interested in where people have come from, and where they are going. Dreams and goals matter, and if you don't have them I want to know why.

I really get into movies and the underlying philosophical meanings behind the deep ones.

I'm highly intrigued by the similarities between ancient civilizations and how advanced they were comparatively to where we are now. Don't get me started on ancient civilizations if you aren't prepared for an energetic talk which could result in me swiping the coffee out of a passerby's hand on accident.

I like to go out and dance - the music could be anything from new wave, punk, house, goth, industrial, club techno, or monkeys banging wooden spoons on pots. Whatever gets people movin'
