NJ native, NYC transplant. Reading books like it's my job (spoiler alert: it is my job).
I love breakfast for dinner, boozy brunch, seeing live music, people watching in the park, wandering around the city, and playing basketball.
I'm definitely one of those people who thinks they are terrible at writing about themselves in online profiles, but in person I can banter with the best of them.
What I’m doing with my life
I'm a production editor at one of the big 5 book publishers in NYC.
Reading! All the time.
Exploring Brooklyn. I suppose that means I should change username? Hmm.
I’m really good at
Reading books quickly, banging my teeth on drinking glasses more often than not
The first things people usually notice about me
If I start joking around with you right away, that means you're okay in my book.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Books: Harlan Coben, Jonathan Tropper, Greg Iles, Michael Chabon, and F. Scott Fitzgerald. Hunger Games series, Gone Girl, and so many more. Harry Potter fo' life.
Movies: Silver Linings Playbook, You've Got Mail, How To Lose a Guy in 10 Days, Pitch Perfect, When Harry Met Sally. JLaw is my home girl. Big fan of rom-coms and Robert Downey Jr.

Music: Led Zeppelin, Journey, Billy Joel, Boston, Fleetwood Mac, Springsteen, Sam Cooke, Adele, Maroon 5, Death Cab. Big classic rock fan, but I like a bit of everything.
Food: Steak, cheeseburgers, sushi, coffee ice cream. And I will never say no to a breakfast sandwich.
The six things I could never do without
A good book, my friends, cozy sweatpants, iced coffee, headphones, sriracha.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
The next novel to get a jump on, how long it'll be before I can lay on the beach with a cold drink and a good book, how I can cross everything off my always growing NYC to-do list.
On a typical Friday night I am
Drinks with friends, relaxing at home, or heading to Boston to hang with my college bests.
You should message me if
You don't feel the need to fill every silence. You have a quick wit, and know how and when (and equally important, when not) to use it. You want to talk about any of the above!
(I hate chatting on here forever, so shoot me a message if you want to grab coffee or a drink or something sometime.)
I'm just a girl looking for that elusive Seth Cohen/Eric Forman/Pacey Witter combo with some Josh Lyman thrown in.
