I believe that chivalry, not wealth, strength or boisterousness, is the mark of a true man and that enriching and bettering the lives of those around you, makes ones own life worth living.
I have lived most of my life here in Vermont, but I have done a fair bit of traveling and I am constantly amazed by what other cultures, countries and states have to offer. I try to make the most of every place I visit and feel that I come away with a deeper understanding of our world and my place in it. I have so many places I still want to see and experience!
I tend to be shy when meeting new people, feeling like I am displaying my insecurities up front. Once I warm up to people, I am an open book and would do anything for my friends.
I find that ever since I was a child I have needed some sort of exercise or activity to keep me occupied and relieve stress. Lately that has come in the form of running. I love to run on my own and even completed one of my life goals and started running half marathons this past summer. I enjoy hiking and camping. Vermont has so much to offer in that regard and to be able to get out, enjoy and appreciate it, makes every trip worth while. I try to snowboard. I love having other people to join me in these activities it makes the experience that much better.
